| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai varietas Sinabung perlakuan dosis pupuk hayati E-plus 1-0-1 dan jarak tanam bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui dosis pupuk hayati E-plus 1-0-1 terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai varietas Sinabung 2) mengetahui pengaruh jarak tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai varietas Sinabung 3) menentukan interaksi dosis pupuk E-Plus 1-0-1 dan jarak tanam terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai varietas Sinabung. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Faktor yang dicoba ada dua, faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk hayati E-plus yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu, D0 (tanpa dosis E-plus 1-0-1),D1 (2 ℓ dosis E-plus 1-0-1/4m2), dan D2 (4 ℓ dosis E-plus 1-0-1/4m2). Aplikasi dilakukan, 1 tablet dilarutkan dalam 30 ℓ air. Dituangkan ke dalam sprayer ukuran 2 ℓ. Pemupukan dosis E-Plus (D1) setelah pengolahan tanah dan dosis D2 diberikan setelah 3 minggu penyemprotan awal. Faktor kedua adalah jarak tanam terdiri dari J1 (20 x 20)cm, J2 (20 x 25)cm, J3 (25 x 25)cm. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat tanaman segar, berat tanaman kering, jumlah polong isi pertanaman, bobot brangkasan kering, berat 100 biji, jumlah biji per tanaman, berat akar basah, berat akar kering, produksi per petak efektif, produksi per satuan luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Dosis pupuk hayati memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata pada variabel pertumbuhan dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap hasil produksi per satuan luas pada tanaman kedelai varietas Sinabung. 2) Jarak tanam memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata pada variabel pertumbuhan dan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap hasil produksi per petak efektif pada tanaman kedelai varietas Sinabung 3) Interaksi dosis pupuk hayati E-plus 1-0-1 dan jarak tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil produksi per satuan luas kedelai varietas Sinabung. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research of growth and yield soybeans sinabung variety response on biofertilizer dose E-plus 1-0-1 and crop spacing were aims to 1) determine the best doses of biofertilizer E-plus 1-0-1 for growth and soybean production Sinabung, 2) determine the crop spacing for growth and soyben production of Sinabung variety, and 3) determine the doses intensification of E-plus organic fertilizer and the best spacing of planting for growth an soyben production of Sinabung variety. The experimental design used was Completely Randomize Blocks Design (CRBD) with three repetitions. The first factor was there was there difference doses biofertilizer consist D0 (none biofertilizered), D1 (2 liters E-plus 1-0-1 dose/4m2) and D2 (4 liters E-plus dose 1-0-1/4m2). Application of biofertilizer made 1 tablet E - plus 1-0-1 fertilizer dissoluble in 30 ℓ water. Fertilization E - Plus 1-0-1 ( D1 ) is done after the plot of a given basic fertilizer and for D2 dose is given back after three weeks of spraying early. The second factor different crop spacing consist J1 (20 x 20)cm, J2 (25 x 20 )cm, J3 (25 x 25) cm. The variables measured were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root wet weight, dry root weight, fresh plant weight, plant dry weight, consist soybean’s a mount per crops, stover weight, weight of 100 seeds, number of seeds per plant, yield per plot weight, yield per unit area. The results showed that the soybean 1) biofertilizers did not effect on the variable growth and significant effect on yield per unit area on soybean Sinabung variety. 2) the crop spacing significant effect on yield per plot effective on soybean Sinabung variety, and 3) interaction biofertilizer dose and spacing of crop of significant effect on yield per unit area of soybean Sinabung variety. |
