| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas karyawan. Ada tiga faktor yang merupakan lingkungan kerja, jumlah kompensasi, dan penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi akuntansi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 43 karyawan sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Purwokerto. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yang diambil langsung dari responden dan data sekunder melalui studi pustaka. untuk memecahkan masalah penelitian, hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, jumlah kompensasi dan penggunaan akuntansi teknologi sistem informasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas karyawan |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research is determining the factors that influences the effectiveness of employees. There are three factors that is the work environment, amount compensation, and the use of accounting information systems technology. The research used 43 employees as respondents. The data collecting method used in this research is purposive sampling method, based on the criterion that the which has been determined before. The research is empirical study of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Purwokerto. The Data in this research that consist of primary data is taken from respondents and secondary data through library research. To solve the research problem, hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that both the work environment, amount of compensation and the use of accounting information systems technology either simultaneously or partially have a significant impact on the effectiveness of employees |
