| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Cabai merah merupakan salah satu jenis sayuran yang banyak dibudidayakan oleh petani di Indonesia. Salah satu penyakit pada tanaman tersebut adalah layu Fusarium yang disebabkan oleh Fusarium sp patogenik yang dapat mengurangi kualitas dan kuantitas hasil panen cabai merah. Selain berperan sebagai patogen, beberapa spesies Fusarium sp. juga diketahui bersifat non patogen yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi beberapa macam isolat Fusarium spp. terhadap respon pertumbuhan tanaman cabai merah dan mengetahui isolat Fusarium spp. yang memiliki sifat patogen atau non-patogen terhadap tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annuum ). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan percobaan berupa Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang diujikan berjumlah 22 perlakuan dan 1 kontrol dengan 4 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 22 isolat yang diujikan ke tanaman cabai merah tidak mempengaruhi tinggi tanaman tetapi mempengaruhi bobot basah, bobot kering dan bobot kering akar tanaman. Isolat Fusarium 2, Fusarium 3, Fusarium 4, Fusarium 7, Fusarium 9, Fusarium 13, Fusarium 14, Fusarium 16 dan Fusarium 19 berpengaruh menurunkan rata-rata bobot basah tanaman, sedangkan isolat Fusarium 8, Fusarium 12, Fusarium 10, dan Fusarium 11 berpengaruh meningkatkan rata-rata bobot basah tanaman. Isolat Fusarium 8, Fusarium 10 dan Fusarium 11 berpengaruh meningkatkan bobot kering tanaman cabai merah dan isolat Fusarium 4, Fusarium 7, Fusarium 8, Fusarium 9, Fusarium 10, Fusarium 11, Fusarium 12, Fusarium 15, Fusarium 18, Fusarium 19 dan Fusarium 22 berpengaruh meningkatkan bobot kering akar tanaman. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Red chili (Capsicum annuum) is one of vegetables cultivated by farmers in Indonesia. One of the diseases in this plant is Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium sp pathogenic which can reduce the quality and quantity of the crop of red chili. In addition to acting as a pathogen, some species of Fusarium sp. also known to be non-pathogenic are able to improve plant growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of some kinds of applications isolates of Fusarium spp. against red chilli plant growth responses and know isolates of Fusarium spp. which has the property of pathogenic or non-pathogenic to plants red chili (Capsicum annuum). This research uses experimental methods with experimental design in the form of completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments were tested at 22 treatment and one control with four replications. The results showed that 22 isolates were tested for red pepper plants did not affect plant height but affect the wet weight, dry weight and root dry weight of plants. Fusarium isolates 2, Fusarium 3, Fusarium 4, Fusarium 7, Fusarium 9, Fusarium 13, Fusarium 14, 16 and Fusarium Fusarium 19 effect of reducing the average wet weight of plants, whereas isolates of Fusarium 8, Fusarium 12, Fusarium 10, and Fusarium 11 increased the average wet weight of the plant. Fusarium isolates 8, 10 and Fusarium Fusarium 11 increased the dry weight of red pepper and Fusarium isolates 4, Fusarium 7, Fusarium 8, Fusarium 9, Fusarium 10, Fusarium 11, Fusarium 12, Fusarium 15, Fusarium 18, 19 and Fusarium Fusarium 22 increased the dry weight of the roots of plants. |
