Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator kinerja makro yang dapat menggambarkan pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia tahun 2013 sebesar 5,78 persen, di Thailand sebesar 1,77 persen dan Korea Selatan sebesar 2,97 persen. Stabilitas perekonomian pun diharapkan dapat dicapai dengan meningkatkan sistem koordinasi antara otoritas fiskal dan otoritas moneter.
Pertumbuhan jumlah uang beredar, tingkat suku bunga kredit, nilai tukar dan pendapatan nasional bruto merupakan variabel makroekonomi. Variabel- variabel tersebut diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap inflasi di Indonesia, Thailand dan Korea Selatan periode 1983 sampai 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu melihat gambaran data-data variabel masing-masing negara.
Dari hasil analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda di masing-masing negara, pertumbuhan jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh positif di Indonesia dan Thailand, sedangkan di Korea tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat inflasi.Tingkat suku bunga kredit di ketiga negara berpengaruh positif terhadap inflasi. Kemudian nilai tukar di Indonesia berpengaruh positif, di Thailand tidak berpengaruh, dan di Korea Selatan berpengaruh negatif terhadap inflasi. Pendapatan nasional bruto di Indonesia tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan di Thailand dan Korea Selatan berpengaruh positif.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Economic growth is one of macroeconomy performance indicators that able to show the economic development of a country. The economic growth of Indonesia in 2013 is 5.78 percent, while Thailand 1.77 percent, and South Korea 2.97 percent. The economic stability is also expected to be achieved by enhancing coordination system between fiscal and monetary authorities.
The growth of money supply, interest rates of credit, the exchange rates and gross national income are part of macroeconomy variables. The variables will be researched for its influence toward inflation rates in Indonesia, Thailand, and South Korea during 1983 until 2013. The method which used on this research is quantitative descriptive, which show the variables data description of in each countries.
By using multiple linear regression in each country, the growth of money supply has positive effect for Indonesia and Thailand, while South Korea does not show the similar result to the inflation rate. The interest rates of credit of three countries has positive effect. Meanwhile, the exchange rates in Indonesia has positive effect, but South Korea has positive effect to the inflation rate. Indonesian Gross National Product variable does not have significant effect, while Thailand and South Korea has positive effect significantly to the dependent variable.
