Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)This research analized the antecedent of satisfaction to positive word of mouth on the online shop. This research was taken on 163 female customers in Karangwangkal Purwokerto Utara. This instrument which is used in this research is SEM.This research shows that usability give positive influences to satisfaction and positive word of mouth. Satisfaction gives positive influence to positive word of mouth. Trust gives positive influence to satisfaction and positive word of mouth. Satisfaction mediated usability to positive word of mouth. Satisfaction doesn’t mediated trust to positive word of mouth.
