| Judul Artikel | GAMBARAN PENYEMBUHAN LUKA DIABETES DENGAN WOUND VACUUM MODIFIKASI BREAST PUMP MODE VPT SELAMA 1 JAM |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Salah satu bentuk komplikasi kronis dari DM adalah luka diabetes. Cara yang efektif untuk menyembuhkan luka diabetes adalah dengan Wound Vaccum (WV). Namun WV ini kurang aplikatif jika digunakan di indonesia. Oleh karena, itu diciptakan wound vaccum modifikasi breast pump. Penggunaan WV dengan mode VPT efektif untuk menyembuhkan luka diabetes. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh WV modifikasi breast pump mode VPT bertekanan 100 mmHg dan 85 mmHg selama 1 jam terhadap proses penyembuhan luka diabetes. Metode: Penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan posttest only with control group design pada tikus wistar. Tikus yang telah mengalami hiperglikemia dibuat luka pada kedua sisi perut tikus untuk kelompok perlakuan (perawatan dengan vakum) dan kelompok kontrol (perawatan luka tanpa vakum). Perawatan luka dilakukan selama 7 hari. Pengamatan dilakukan secara makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Hasil: Gambaran makroskopis menunjukan kemerahan pada tepi luka di hari ke-3-7 pada kedua kelompok. Kelompok perlakuan tidak mengalami edema, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengalami edema di hari ke-3 sampai hari ke-6. Tidak terdapat jaringan nekrotik pada kedua kelompok. Area luka kelompok perlakuan lebih kecil dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Gambaran mikroskopis menunjukan intensitas inflamasi kelompok perlakuan lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Intensitas reepitelisasi pada kelompok perlakuan lebih banyak dibandingkan kelompok kontrol Kesimpulan: penyembuhan luka diabetes menggunakan WV modifikasi breast pump mode VPT bertekanan 100 mmHg dan 85 mmHg selama 1 jam berpengaruh terhadap penyembuhan luka diabetes |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: One of the chronic complications of diabetes is diabetic wounds. An effective way to heal the wounds of diabetes is with Wound Vacuum (WV). However Wound Vacuum (WV) is less applicable if used in Indonesia. Therefore, created a Wound Vacuum modified breast pump. Use of Wound Vacuum (WV) with VPT mode is effective for diabetic wound healing. Purpose: This study examined the effect of Wound Vacuum modified Breast Pump pressure of 100 mmHg by VPT mode and 85 mmHg for 1 hour on diabetic wound healing process. Methods: The method used in this research is study experiment with approaches posttest only control group design in wistar rats. Rats that had experienced hyperglycemia made cuts on both sides of the abdomen of rat for the treatment group (treatment with vacuum) and control group (treatment of wounds without vacuum). Wound care is done for 7 days. Observations were made macroscopically and microscopically. Results: Macroscopic picture shows redness on the edge of the wound at day 3-7 in both groups. The treatment group did not experience edema, whereas the control group experienced edema on day 3 to day 6. There are no necrotic tissue in both groups. Extensive wound treatment group is smaller than the control group. Microscopic picture shows the intensity of the inflammatory fewer treatment group compared with the control group. Re-epithelialization intensity of the treatment group more than the control group Conclusion: Diabetic wound healing using Wound Vacuum modified breast pump by VPT mode pressure of 100 mmHg and 85 mmHg for 1 hour can accelerate wound healing in diabetic rat. |
