| Judul Artikel | PERILAKU MEMILIH NARAPIDANA LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS IIA PURWOKERTO DALAM PEMILIHAN BUPATI DAN WAKIL BUPATI BANYUMAS PERIODE 2013-2018 |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana perilaku memilih narapidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Purwokerto dalam Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Banyumas Periode 2013-2018 dan juga faktor-faktor kontekstual apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi perilaku memilih narapidana tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perilaku memilih narapidana adalah memilih secara skeptis tanpa memiliki pertimbangan ideologis terhadap sebuah partai politik atau seorang kontestan. Namun demikian, narapidana sendiri merupakan pemilih yang mandiri. Artinya, dalam menentukan pilihannya narapidana memilih berdasarkan pilihan sendiri tanpa ada pengaruh dari orang lain. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku memilih narapidana seperti adalah 1) posisi warga binaan yang tidak menjadi prioritas utama kampanye tim sukses, 2) minimnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak KPUD Banyumas dan pihak Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Purwokerto, 3) tidak ada jadwal kampanye visi dan misi pasangan calon dari KPUD Banyumas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas IIA Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to know the choosing behaviour of the prisoners at Class IIA Penitentiary Purwokerto in the Election of Regent and Vice Regent of Banyumas Period 2013-2018 and what are the contextual factors that affect the prisoners. The result of this study shows that the convicts choosing behaviour is choosing sceptically without having ideological considerations against a political party or a contestant. However, prisoners are independent voter. It means that they choose based on their own choice without any influence from others. While the factors that influence the choosing behaviour of the prisons are 1) the position of the prisoner who did not have a major priority for the campaign, 2) lack of socialization conducted by KPUD Banyumas and The Penitentiary Class IIA Purwokerto, 3) lack of candidate’s vision and mision schedule campaign from KPUD Banyumas in Class IIA Penitentiary Purwokerto. |
