| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Stres kerja dan motivasi kerja guru BK dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru BK. Kinerja yang baik dari guru BK dalam membantu dan memberi motivasi belajar pada siswa sangat diperlukan. Namun stres kerja guru BK yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru BK tergolong tinggi, hal ini disebabkan dalam pekerjaannya guru BK sering menghadapi peserta didik yang nakal, suka bolos, gangguan penerimaan pelajaran dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru Bimbingan Konseling SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Kuningan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru BK SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Kuningan sejumlah 30 guru BK dari jumlah 16 sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 30 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada hubungan stres kerja dengan kinerja yang signifikan p = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai α (5%), ada hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja yang signifikan p = 0,007 lebih kecil dari nilai α (5%). Peneliti menyarankan guru BK diberikan keringanan pekerjaan atau diberikan waktu istirahat agar tugas-tugas dapat terselesaikan dengan baik, diberikan penghargaan seperti kenaikan gaji agar motivasi kerjanya meningkat, diberikan kenyamanan dan kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Work stress and work motivation of counseling teachers can affect the performance of teachers counseling. Good performance of counseling teachers in helping and motivating the students to learn is needed. But job stress of counseling teachers which can affect the teachers counseling performance is highly found, because sometimes the counceling teachers encounter naughty students, like truancy, interference received lessons and others. This study aimed to determine the relationship of job stress, work motivation and work performance of the Senior High School counseling teachers in Kuningan District. The subjects was all of Senior High School counseling teachers in the Kuningan District, total 30 counseling teachers from 16 Senior High Schools. This research was cross-sectional. The sample used total sampling, it was 30 samples. Data analysis used chi-square test. The results of this study showed there was a significant correlation of the counseling teachers’ job stress with the counseling teachers’ work performance, p = 0,000 less than the value of α (5%), there was a significant correlation of the counseling teachers’ work motivation with the counseling teachers’ work performance, p = 0,007 less than the value of α (5%). This research suggest that the counseling teachers should be given a work break so the teachers counseling teachers able to resolve all tasks well, should be given awards like bonus to increase motivation of the counseling teachers, should be given more comfortable infrastructures to improve the teachers counseling performance. |
