| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengalaisis pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, ukuran dewan direksi, dan price earning ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2009-2013. Nilai perusahaan dihitung menggunakan tobins's q. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, didapatkan 26 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, price earning ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan, ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was aimed to analyze the influence of profitability, firm’s size, board of directors and price earnings ratio on firm’s value of property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2009-2013. Firm’s value was calculated by using Tobin’s Q. The data of population were property and real estate companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Samples were selected by using purposive sampling method, the total amounts of property and real estate companies listed were 26 companies chosen as sample based on certain criteria. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression method. The results of this research showed that the profitability, firm’s size, and price earnings ratio have significant positive effect on firm’s value. Besides, this research show there was significant negative influence from board of director’s size to firm’s value. |
