| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA) , Current Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Times Interest Earned dan Total Assets Turnover terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) . Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2011-2013. Metode penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan total 42 perusahaan manufaktur yang digunakan sebagai data observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return on Asset (ROA), Current Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) dan Total Assets Turnover memiliki pengaruh pada Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), sedangkan Times Interest Earned tidak berpengaruh pada Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Times Interest Earned and Total Assets Turnover towards Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population of this research were Manufacturing companies that were listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) from 2011-2013. The method of this research was purposive sampling, with a total of 42 manufacturing companies used as an observation data. The technique of data analysis used was linier multiple regression with classical assumption. The results indicated that Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Total Assets Turnover have effects on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while Times Interest Earned have no effect on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).
