| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto merupakan terminal yang memiliki kedudukan strategis karena merupakan salah satu pintu gerbang dari Jawa Barat ke Jawa tengah. Sehingga membuat terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto menjadi terminal tipe A. Namun menurut pengamatan penulis, saat ini kinerja terminal Bulu Pitu saat ini masih kurang optimal. Sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian guna meningkatkan pelayanan dan kinerja terminal Bulu Pitu. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto ditinjau dari time headway, waktu tunggu dan luasan fasilitas pendukung terminal. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa Time headway kedatangan dan keberangkatan angkutan penumpang serta tingkat pelayanan yang ada dalam terminal Bulu Pitu berdasarkan hasil analisa data adalah :Time headway kedatangan Angkot adalah 12 menit 42 detik, tingkat pelayanan (tingkat pelyanan B) dan time headway keberangkatan 12 menit 11 detik ( tingkat pelayanan B). Time headway kedatangan Angkudes adalah 8 menit 58 detik (tingkat pelayanan A) dan time headway keberangkatan Angkudes adalah 9 menit 2 detik (tingkat pelayanan B). Time headway kedatangan Microbus ( AKDP dengan kapasitas penumpang 16 tempat duduk) adalah 8 menit 57 detik (tingkat pelayanan B) dan time headway keberangkatan Microbus adalah 9 menit 51 detik (tingkat pelayanan B). Time headway kedatangan AKDP dengan kapasitas tempat duduk lebih dari 16 penumpang adalah 19 menit 44 detik (tingkat pelayanan C) dan time headway keberangkatan AKDP adalah 20 menit 26 detik (tingkat pelayanan C). Time headway AKAP adalah 23 menit 17 detik ( tingkat pelayanan C) dan time headway keberangkatan adalah 22 menit 55 detik (tingkat pelayanan C). Waktu tunggu rata-rata kendaraan angkutan penumpang umum jenis Angkot adalah 7 menit 36 detik. Angkudes adalah 45 menit 51 detik. Microbus adalah 3 menit 44 detik. AKDP adalah 13 menit 7 detik. AKAP adalah 12 menit 57 detik. untuk luasan fasilitas pendukung didapat bahwa terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto masih belum memiliki beberapa fasilitas yang harusnya dimiliki oleh terminal kelas A. Beberapa fasilitas yang belum dimiliki terminal Bulu Pitu seperti Ruang servis, Pomp Bensin, Bengkel dan Peron. Selain itu masih terdapat beberapa fasilitas pendukung terminal yang luasannya belum memenuhi standar seperti Tempat istirahat dan ruang tunggu, namun kapasitas parkir kendaraan angkutan penumpang umum di terminal Bulu Pitu saat ini sudah sangat mencukupi untuk kebutuhan ada. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Terminal Bulu Pitu Pitu Purwokerto is a terminal that has a strategic position because it is one of the gates between West Java and Central Java. This making the terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto be terminal type A. However, according to the author's observation, the current terminal performance Bulu Pitu is still less than optimal. So it is necessary to study in order to improve services and terminal performance Bulu Pitu. The study aims to determine the terminal performance Bulu Pitu Purwokerto headway in terms of time, waiting time and the extent of terminal support facilities. From the results of this study found that Time headway passenger arrivals and departures as well as the level of service available in Bulu Pitu terminal based on the results of the data analysis are: Time headway arrival public transportation is 12 minutes 42 seconds, the service level (level of service B) and time headway of departure 12 minutes 11 seconds (level of service B). Time headway arrival Angkudes is 8 minutes 58 seconds (level of service A) and time headway departure Angkudes is 9 minutes 2 seconds (level of service B). Time headway arrival Microbus (AKDP with a seating capacity of 16 passengers) is 8 minutes 57 seconds (level of service B) and time headway departure Microbus is 9 minutes 51 seconds (level of service B). Time headway arrival AKDP with a seating capacity of more than 16 passengers is 19 minutes 44 seconds (level of service C) and time headway AKDP departure is 20 minutes 26 seconds (level of service C). Time headway AKAP is 23 minutes 17 seconds (level of service C) and time headway of departure is 22 minutes 55 seconds (level of service C). The average waiting time of passenger transport vehicles with common types of public transportation is 7 minutes 36 seconds. Angkudes is 45 minutes 51 seconds. Microbus is 3 minutes 44 seconds. Descending is 13 minutes 7 seconds. AKAP is 12 minutes 57 seconds. to the extent of support facilities found that the terminal Bulu Pitu Purwokerto still have some facilities that should be owned by the terminal class A. Some facilities are not owned terminals such as room service Fur Pitu, Pomp Petrol, Workshops and Peron. In addition there are several support facilities terminal luasannya not meet the standards such as place of rest and waiting rooms, but the capacity of public passenger transport vehicles parked at the terminal Bulu Pitu current is sufficient for there needs.
