| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui kemempanan empat isolat jamur Trichoderma sp. dan kombinasinya dalam mengendalikan penyakit layu bakteri tembakau; 2) Mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Trichoderma sp. terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman tembakau yang terserang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan bulan April sampai Juni 2014 di lahan percobaan dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 15 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi: kontrol, Bakterisida (streptomisin 20%). Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe; Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas; Trichoderma sp. isolat pisang; Trichoderma sp. isolat bawang merah; dan kombinasinya.Variabel yang diamati meliputi masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, panjang akar, kepadatan akhir patogen, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, bobot segar akar, bobot kering akar, analisis kandungan senyawa fenol secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi isolat Trichoderma sp. belum mampu mengendalikan penyakit layu bakteri dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman tembakau. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aim of this research were to:1) Know the effectiveness of four isolates of Trichoderma sp. And its combinations to control bacterial wilt disease on tobacco; 2) Determine the effect of Trichoderma sp. application to the growth of tobacco. The research was done from April to June 2014 at the research land and at the Laboratory of Plant Protection of Agriculture Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto. The research used randomized block design with 15 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment stested include: control, Baktericide (streptomisin 20%). Trichoderma sp. isolates ginger; Trichoderma sp. isolates Pineapple; Trichoderma sp. isolates banana; Trichoderma sp. isolates shallet; and its combinations.Variables observed includethe incubation period, the disease intensity, length, the pathogen density, plant height, number ofleaves, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, rootfresh weight, root dry weight, qualitative phenolic compound analysis. The result showed that application of Trichoderma sp. have not able to control the bacterial wilt disease and to increase growth of tobacco. |
