| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, kombinasi isolat Trichoderma sp. terbaik untuk: pengendalian patogen penyebab penyakit layu fusarium lada perdu, pertumbuhan lada perdu, dan kandungan fenol (saponin, tanin, dan glikosida) yang terdapat pada jaringan tanaman. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan rumah plastik Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL), perlakuan yang diuji adalah kontrol (D0), substrat padat berisi Trichodema sp. isolat perakaran pisang + bawang merah (D1), substrat padat berisi Trichoderma sp. isolat perakaran pisang + bawang merah + nanas (D2), substrat cair berisi Trichodema sp. isolat perakaran pisang + bawang merah (D3), substrat cair berisi Trichodema sp. isolat perakaran pisang + bawang merah + nanas (D4), D1 + D3 (D5), D2 + D4 (D6), D2 + D1 (D7), D1 + D4 (D8), D1+ D3 + D4 (D9), D2 + D3 + D4 (D10), setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 3 ulangan, dan setiap unit terdiri dari 2 sampel tanaman. Variabel yang diamati meliputi masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, kepadatan akhir Trichoderma sp., dan Fusarium oxysporum, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, panjang akar, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, dan kandungan fenol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaplikasian Trichoderma sp. tidak berpengaruh terhadap semua variabel yang diamati, kecuali masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, kepadatan akhir Trichoderma sp. dan Fusarium oxysporum. |

Inggris) | The research aimed to know, the best combination of Trichoderma sp. isolate to: control Fusarium pathogen of wilt disease in shrubs pepper, growth of shrubs pepper, and phenolic compounds (saponins, tannins, and glycosides) in plant tissues. The research was carried in the Laboratory of Plant Protection and plastic house, Agricultural Faculty, Jenderal Soedirman University. The research used Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD), treatments were control (D0), solid substrate containing Trichoderma sp. isolates from banana + shallot roots (D1), solid substrate containing Trichoderma sp. banana + shallot + pineapple roots (D2), liquid substrate containing Trichoderma sp. banana isolates + shallot isolates (D3), liquid substrate contained Trichoderma sp. banana isolate + shallot isolate + pineapple isolate (D4), D1 + D3 (D5), D2 + D4 (D6), D2 + D1 (D7), D1 + D4 (D8), D1+ D3 + D4 (D9), D2 + D3 + D4 (D10), each treatment consisted of 3 replicates, and each unit consisted of 2 plant samples. The observed variables were incubation period, the intensity of the disease, final density of Trichoderma sp. and Fusarium oxysporum, plant height, number of leaves, plants fresh weight, plant dry weight, root 2 length, root fresh weight, root dry weight, and phenolic compounds. Results showed that Trichoderma sp. application did not give significan effect to all observed variables, except incubation period, intensity of disease, final density of Trichoderma sp. and Fusarium oxysporum. |
