| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan jumlah total embrio dan kualitas embrio hasil sinkronisasi estrus dan estrus alam pada sapi Angus secara invivo. Dilaksanakan dari tanggal 20 Desember sampai 27 Desember 2014 bertempat di Balai Embrio Ternak Cipelang, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Materi yang digunakan adalah lima ekor sapi Angus dengan metode sinkronisasi estrus menggunakan Controlled Internal Drug Release (CIDR) dan lima ekor sapi Angus dengan metode estrus alam, serta catatan produksi embrio total sapi Angus tahun 2012 - 2013. Data diperoleh menggunakan metode “convenience sampling” yaitu berdasarkan data yang ada di lokasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji T satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan yang nyata antara sinkronisasi estrus dan estrus alam dalam produksi total embrio maupun kualitas embrio pada sapi Angus secara Invivo. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the total number of embryos and embryo quality as a result of estrous synchronization and natural estrous in Angus cattle by in vivo. The research was held from December 20 until December 27, 2014 took place at the Livestock Embryo Centre, Cipelang, Bogor, West Java. The materials used were five Angus cows with estrous synchronization method using Controlled Internal Drug Release (CIDR) and five Angus cows with natural estrous method, and a recording of Angus cattle embryo production in the years of 2012-2013. The data were obtained by using the method of "convenience sampling", based on data available at the site. The data were analyzed using one-way t test. The results showed, no significant difference was obtained between the synchronization of estrous and natural estrous on the total production of embryos and embryo quality in Angus cattle by Invivo. |
