| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menguji tingkat keantagonisan Trichoderma sp. isolat bawang merah dan pisang terhadap penyakit antraknosa cabai merah, 2) mengetahui dan menentukan formula Trichoderma sp. paling efektif dalam mengendalikan penyakit antraknosa cabai merah, 3) mengetahui pengaruh Trichoderma sp. dalam pupuk kandang ayam dan limbah cair tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi cabai merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2014 di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan lahan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 10 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas kontrol, pupuk kandang ayam, limbah cair tahu, Trichoderma sp. isolat bawang merah dan isolat pisang, dan fungisida berbahan aktif Mankozeb dan Propineb. Variabel pengamatan meliputi komponen patosistem (kepadatan awal dan akhir Trichoderma sp. masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit), komponen pertumbuhan (tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, panjang akar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering), komponen hasil (jumlah bunga muncul pertama, jumlah buah, bobot basah buah), dan analisis senyawa fenol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan menggunakan formula cair dan padat organik dengan kombinasi isolat bawang merah dan pisang efektif mampu menekan penyakit antraknosa sebesar 42,41%. Beberapa perlakuan yang menggunakan Trichoderma sp. mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 0,72%, panjang akar sebesar 9,46%, jumlah cabang sebesar 0,87%, bobot segar tanaman sebesar 9,55%, bobot segar akar sebesar 13,27%, bobot kering akar sebesar 4,40%, jumlah bunga 506,06%, jumlah buah per tanaman sebesar 22, 22%, bobot basah buah sebesar 25,63% dibandingkan kontrol. |

Inggris) | This research aimed at examining 1) the antagonistic level of the Trichoderma sp. shallot and banana isolates toward antrachnose disease of red chili, 2) defining the most effective formulatioin of Trichoderma sp. in controlling antrachnose disease of red chili, 3) and the influence of Trichoderma sp. in chicken manure and tofu liquid waste on the growth and yield of red chili. The research has been conducted from August-December 2014 in the Laboratory of Plant Protection and the experimental field of Agriculture Faculty, of Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. Randomized Block Design (RBD) was used with ten treatments and three replicates. The treatments were include control, chicken manure, tofu liquid waste, two isolates of Trichoderma sp., shallot and banana, and fungicide subtance active of Mankozeb and Propineb. Variables which were observed include pathosystem components (initial and final densities of Trichoderma sp., incubation period, and disease intensity), growth components (crop height, number of branches, root length, fresh weight of crops, fresh weight of root, dry weight of crops and dry weight of root), yield components (number of flowers emerge first, number of fruits, fresh weight of fruits) and phenolic compounds analysis. Result of the research showed that treatment used combination of Trichoderma sp. isolates shallot and banana was effective to suppress the anthracnose disease as high as 42.41%. Some treatments of Trichoderma sp. were effective to increase crop height as 0.72%, number of branches as 0.87%, root length as 9.46%, fresh weight of crops height as 9.55%, fresh weight of root as 13.27%, dry weight of root as 4.40%, number of flowers emerge first as interest 506%, number of fruits as 22.22%, and fresh weight of fruits as 25.63% than control. |
