| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai ayam Sentul betina periode awal terhadap total protein plasma dan albumin darah. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 250 ekor DOC ayam Sentul. Perlakuan yang di uji cobakan terdiri atas Sa (Sentul Abu), Sb (Setul Batu), Sd (Sentul Debu), Se (Sentul Emas) dan Sg (Sentul Geni). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan, setiap perlakuan diulang 5 kali dan setiap ulangan terdiri atas 10 ekor ayam Sentul. Peubah yang diamati adalah total protein plasma dan albumin darah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan bahwa berbagai ayam Sentul betina berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap total protein plasma dan albumin darah pada ayam Sentul betina periode awal. Rataan kadar total protein plasma yang diperoleh selama penelitian untuk masing-masing perlakuan ayam Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas dan Sentul Geni berturut-turut adalah 2,36 ± 0,50 g/dl; 2,64 ± 0,55 g/dl; 2,76 ± 0,26 g/dl; 2,60 ± 0,55 g/dl dan 3,00 ± 0,71 g/dl. Rataan kadar albumin darah yang diperoleh selama penelitian untuk masing-masing perlakuan ayam Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas dan Sentul Geni berturut-turut adalah 1,44 ± 0,55 g/dl;1,48 ± 0,56 g/dl;1,28 ± 0,23 g/dl; 1,44 ± 0,65 g/dl dan 1,77 ± 0,33 g/dl. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah berbagai ayam Sentul betina periode awal menghasilkan kadar total protein plasma dan albumin darah relatif sama. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The aim of this research was to know effect of different type of Sentul chick females on starter period on Total of Plasma Protein and Blood Albumin. Material used in this experiment was 250 Sentul chiken DOC consisted of Sa (Sentul Abu), Sb (Sentul Batu), Sd (Sentul Debu), Se (Sentul Emas) and Sg (Sentul Geni). This research was conducted by experimental method using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments, each treatment was repeated 5 times, each replication consisted of 10 Sentul chicken. Variables measured were of Plasma Protein Total and Albumin of blood. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance. The analysis of variance showed that there was no significant (P>0,05) effect of the treatments on Plasma Protein Total and Albumin of blood Sentul chick females starter period. The average levels of Plasma Protein Total during the experiment for each treatment on Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas and Sentul Geni were 2.36 ± 0.50 g/dl; 2.64 ± 0.55 g/dl; 2.76 ± 0.26 g/dl; 2.60 ± 0.55 g/dl and 3.00 ± 0.71 g/dl, respectly. The average Level of Blood Albumin obtained during the experiment for each treatment Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas and Sentul Geni were 1.44 ± 0.55 g/dl; 1.48 ± 0.56 g/dl; 1.28 ± 0.23 g/dl; 1.44 ± 0.65 g/dl and 1.77 ± 0.33 g/dl, respectly.
