| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Implementasi Corporate SocialResponsibility Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Studi Pada Perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara Yang Terdaftar Di BEI”.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh biaya kesajahteraan karyawan, biaya binalingkungan, biaya kemitraan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan dan pengaruh profitabilitas perusahaan terhadaphargasaham.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis data adalah data panel, Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive samplingdan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2010-2013.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa analisis regresi linier berganda model 1dan regresi sederhana model 2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa biaya kesejahteraan karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, biaya bina lingkungan positif tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, biaya kemitraan berpengaruh positif signifikan paling dominan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, profitabilitas perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sebagai implikasi, perusahaan dan investor sebaiknya mempertimbangkan corporate social responsibility dengan baik dan benar karena terbukti dengancorporate social responsibility dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas sehingga profit perusahaanakanmeningkat, dan jika profit meningkat maka dapat meningkatkan harga saham. |

Inggris) | The research is entitled “The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Implementation toward Company’s Profitability on State Owned Enterprises Listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange”. The goals of this research are first, to examine the effect of employees welfare, community development, and partnership costs toward company’s profitability. The second is to examine the effect of company’s profitability on stock price. The population in this research is all State Owned Enterprises Listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data used in this research were panel data. Purposive sampling was used in collecting data and 20 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange were used as samples during 2010 – 2013 periods. Techniques of analyses used in this research were multiple linier regression analysis on model one and simple regression on model two. Based on the result of this research can be concluded that employees welfare cost affected positively on company’s profitability, community development cost affected positively on company’s profitability, partnership cost affected positively on company’s profitability, and company’s profitability affected positively on stock price. The implication of this research is both companies and investors should consider corporate social responsibility well and right because there was evident stating that Corporate Social Responsibility was able to increase company’s profitability, Thus, it will increase companies’ profit and finally enhance stock price |
