| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Desa Sukoharjo adalah salah satu desa di Kecamatan Sukoharjo yang membudidayakan salak pondoh secara organik. Usahatani salak pondoh organik sebagai bisnis yang memberikan manfaat di masa depan. Oleh karena itu, untuk menentukan kelayakan usahatani, perhitungan didasarkan pada kriteria investasi yang memperhitungkan nilai waktu dari uang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sukoharjo yang bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis kelayakan finansial usahatani salak pondoh organik di Desa Sukoharjo Kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Wonosobo; (2) mengkaji pengembalian investasi (Pay Back Period) usahatani salak pondoh organik di Desa Sukoharjo Kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Wonosobo; (3) menganalisis sensitivitas usahatani salak pondoh organik di Desa Sukoharjo Kecamatan Sukoharjo Kabupaten Wonosobo terhadap kenaikan biaya produksi dan penurunan harga produk. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei. Penentuan sampel petani salak pondoh organik menggunakan simple random sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan Net Present Value (NPV), Net B / C, IRR, Pay Back Period (PBP), dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani salak pondoh organik layak untuk diusahakan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan NPV pada batas minimum lebih besar dari nol, IRR lebih besar dari bunga bank yang berlaku saat pekerjaan penelitian dan Net B / C lebih besar dari satu. NPV adalah Rp142.013.618; Net B / C 2,1; IRR 73,2 persen; Pay Back Period 3 tahun 7 bulan 21 hari. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukan bahwa usahatani salak pondoh organik masih layak dilaksanakan pada kondisi normal, biaya operasional naik 10%, biaya operasional naik 15%, dan harga produk turun 20%. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Sukoharjo Village is one village in District Sukoharjo pondoh zalacca cultivated organically. The pondoh zalacca organic farming as a business that provides benefits in the future. Therefore, to determine the feasibility of farming, the calculation is based on investment criteria that take into account the time value of money. This research was conducted in Sukoharjo Village wich was aimed to (1) analyze the financial feasibility of organic farming in the village pondoh Sukoharjo Sukoharjo District of Wonosobo regency; (2) assess the return on investment (Pay Back Period) pondoh organic farm in the village of Sukoharjo Sukoharjo District of Wonosobo regency; (3) analyze the sensitivity of organic farming in the village pondoh Sukoharjo Sukoharjo District of Wonosobo to rising production costs and a decrease in the price of the product. The case study was used in this research by respondent with simple random sampling, totaling 32 pondoh organic farmers. Data analysis used Net Present Value (NPV), Net B/C, IRR, Pay Back Period (PBP), and sensitivity analysis. Research result showed that Pondoh Zalacca organik operation project observed from finance aspect to practice. this case showed by NPV value upon minimum limit is bigger than zero, IRR bigger than valid bank interest when research work and Net B/C bigger than one.
