| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH KONSENTRASI NUTRISI PUPUK AB MIX TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TIGA VARIETAS BAYAM (Amaranthus tricolor L.) SECARA HIDROPONIK |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui: (1) pengaruh konsentrasi nutrisi optimum terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam, (2) varietas bayam yang paling tanggap terhadap pemberian pupuk AB Mix, dan (3) pengaruh interaksi antara konsentrasi nutrisi pupuk AB Mix dan varietas bayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil ketiga varietas tanaman bayam. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juli 2014 sampai September 2014. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada ketinggian tempat 110 m di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan rancangan faktorial dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL), yang terdiri atas 2 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba dalam penelitian ini yaitu varietas bayam terdiri atas Mira, Bisi, dan Maestro dan konsentrasi pupuk AB Mix 2 mL, 4 mL, dan 6 mL. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar segar dan bobot akar kering, dan volume akar. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji F, apabila terdapat pengaruh perlakuan dilanjutkan dengan DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan tiga varietas bayam memberikan pengaruh pada variabel bobot tanaman segar. Varietas yang menunjukkan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik adalah varietas Maestro sebesar 2,29%, dibandingkan varietas Mira dan varietas Bisi. Pemberian pupuk AB Mix tidak berpengaruh terhadap semua variabel pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara penggunaan pupuk AB Mix dan penggunaan tiga varietas bayam. |

Inggris) | Abstract The purpose of this research was to determine: (1) the effect of optimum nutrient concentrations on the growth and yield of spinach, (2) the most responsive spinach variety to AB Mix fertilizer application, and (3) the effect of the interaction between the nutrient concentration and spinach variety on growth and yield of three spinach varieties. The research was conducted on July 2014 to September 2014 at the screenhouse, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University at altitude of 110 m above sea level. Factorial design based on completely randomized block design was used with 2 treatments and 3 replicates. Factors tested were spinach varieties consisted of Mira, Bisi, and Maestro and the AB Mix concentration consisted of 2 mL, 4 mL, and 6 mL. Variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, plant fresh and dry weight, root fresh and dry weight, and root volume. The data were analyzed using the F test, if there is a treatment effect followed by DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test) at the level of 5%. The results showed that the use of three spinach varieties affect fresh weight of plants. The best growth and yield were found in Maestro varieties as 2.29% compared to Mira and Bisi varieties. Application of the Mix AB fertilizer had no effect on all variables of spinach growth and yield. There was no interaction between the fertilizer and the spinach varieties. |
