| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Collaborative Governance dalam Pengelolaan UPT Lokasi wisata Baturraden Di Kabupaten Banyumas. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan mekanisme proses pengelolaan UPT Lokawisata Baturraden yang mengadopsi pendekatan collaborative governance di sektor Pariwisata Banyumas dan memberikan gambaran yang lengkap mengenai faktor-faktor kontekstual yang mendorong keberhasilan dan kegagalan adopsi collaborative governance di Lokawisata Baturraden, yaitu dengan cara membuktikan secara empiris. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam bentuk embedded case study atau studi kasus terpancang maksudnya yaitu penelitian dengan pengumpulan data yang terarah berdasarkan tujuan dan pertanyaan yang lebih dulu ditentukan. Penelitian ini tidak mengkaji seluruh aspek, tetapi membatasi aspek terpilih. Teknik pengambilan informan yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kerjasama antara pemerintah, privat, dan masyarakat dalam membangun dan mengembangkan aset publik di sektor pariwisata. Kerjasama yang dilakukan meliputi proses Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Staffing, evaluating, dan monitoring. Namun, dalam proses kerjasama dalam mengelola aset publik tersebut masih terdapat hambatan-hambatan. Kata kunci: Collaborative Governance, Pariwisata, UPT Lokawisata Baturraden |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research named Collaborative Governance in Management of UPT Lokawisata Baturraden. The aim of this research is to find the mechanism management process of UPT in Lokawisata Baturraden, which use collaborative governance approach in Banyumas Tourism Sector and provide a complete picture about these contextual factors success and failure to adopt collaborative governance in Lokawisata Baturraden, to do so, this research has to be done empirically. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative, the research design is in a embedded case study form, which means this research is based on the data that go along the aim and the question that had been chosen in the first place. This research is not examine the whole aspect, but a few that had been chosen. The technique of taking informant itself use the purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling. The research indicated a cooperation between the government, private and the community in building and developing the public asset in tourism sector. The cooperation include the process of planning, organizing, staffing, evaluating and monitoring. Yet, still the cooperate process have obstacles in managing public asset.
