Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peranan Bio P60 dalam menekan penyakit akar putih (Rigidoporus lignosus), dan pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman karet. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan kebun karet Afdeling Krumput, Banyumas milik PTP Nusantara IX (Persero) pada ketinggian 175-250 m di atas permukaan laut, dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Unsoed, pada bulan Juni sampai September 2014. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi Bio P60 dengan dosis yaitu, kontrol; pemberian Bio P60 dengan dosis 50, 100, dan 150 mL, dengan waktu aplikasi yakni, 1, 2, dan 3 kali. Peubah yang diamati meliputi diameter koloni R. lignosus, bobot miselium R. lignosus, lingkar batang tanaman, dan intensitas serangan. Hasil penelitian di laboratorium menunjukkan, Bio P60 dapat menekan perkembangan diameter koloni R. lignosus sebesar 38,68% dan bobot miselium 40,24%, sedangkan uji lapang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Bio P60 belum mampu menekan perkembangan penyakit jamur akar putih dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This research aimed at examining the role of Bio P60 in suppressing the white root disease, and the effect of the application suppres on the growth of rubber plant. This research was conducted the rubber plantation of Afdeling Krumput, Banyumas PTP Nusantara IX (Persero) at an altitude of 175-250 m above sea level, and the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, from June until September 2014. Randomized block design was used in the field test an in in vivo test with 12 treatments combinations and 3 replicates. In the in invitro test, the treatment tested was only P. Fluorescens P60. The treatments tested included Bio P60 liqiud formulation at dose of 0, 50, 100, and 150 ml plant-1 withe the application time of, 1, 2 and 3 times. The observed parameters were colony diameter and mycelia dry weight of R. Lignosus, growth of the plants, and the disease intensity. Results of research in laboratory showed that Bio P60 could suppress the pathogen colony diameter of 38.68% and mycelia dry weight of R. lignosus as 40.24%. In the field test, application of Bio P60 was not that increase the plant growth and tended to reduce the disease.
