| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan berbagai jenis ayam Sentul jantan terhadap bobot dan persentase organ pencernaan. Metode penelitian adalah experimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dan jika data signifikan menggunakan uji lanjut Beda Jujur Nyata (BNJ). Perlakuan adalah jenis ayam Sentul Sa= Sentul Abu, Sb= Sentul Batu, Sd= Sentul Debu, Se= Sentul Emas dan Sg= Sentul Geni dan ulangan 5 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai ayam Sentul berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap bobot dan persentase saluran pencernaan (P>0,05), tetapi pada bobot gizzard menunjukkan bahwa berbagai ayam Sentul berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot gizzard (P<0,05). Bobot gizzard tertinggi yaitu pada ayam Sentul Abu 25,94 g dan bobot gizzard terendah yaitu pada ayam Sentul Batu 15,44 g. Bobot dan persentase bagian – bagian saluran pencernaan lainnya dan organ asesoris memiliki bobot dan persentase yang relatif sama. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of the research was to know difference of various types of male Sentul chicken on weight and percentage of digestive organs. The research was performed by using the experimental method with a completely randomized and if data significant continued with analysis Honestly Significant Difference (HSD). The research consisted (Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas and Sentul Geni) and 5 replications. The results of analysis of variance showed that the type of male Sentul chicken didn’t give significant effect weight and percentage of digestive organs of male Sentul chicken (P>0.05), but the kind of male Sentul chicken affected significantly of the gizzard weight (P<0.05). Highest gizzard weight is male Sentul Abu chicken 25.94 g and lowest gizzard wight is male Sentul Batu chicken 15.44 g. Other digestive organs weight and percentage and accessory organs weight and percentage have the same relative. |
