| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Modernisasi gaya hidup meningkatkan terjadinya PJPD, sehingga diperlukan program pencegahan agar PJPD agar tidak semakin tinggi dan terjadi pada usia yang lebih muda. RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo adalah rumah sakit yang berlokasi di Purwokerto dengan pelayanan unggulan di antaranya yaitu pelayanan jantung dan stroke center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran PJPD (PJK, hipertensi dan stroke) tahun 2009-2013 di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Jenis penelitian yaitu studi deskriptif. Sampel adalah 100 rekam medis pasien PJK, hipertensi dan stroke di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo tahun 2009-2013, ditentukan dengan teknik systematic random sampling. Penelitian menemukan kasus PJPD paling banyak pada laki-laki pada PJK dan stroke, perempuan pada kasus hipertensi; rata-rata berumur 56 tahun, bekerja sebagai IRT; tekanan darah di atas normal yaitu prehipertensi pada PJK, hipertensi derajat 2 pada kasus hipertensi dan stroke; tidak memiliki komplikasi penyakit; memiliki kadar trigliserida normal; dan kadar kolesterol total normal pada PJK dan stroke, dan kadar kolesterol total tinggi pada hipertensi. Mayoritas pasien berasal dari Kabupaten Banyumas; dan tinggal di daerah perkotaan. Kasus PJPD tahun 2009-2013 mengalami tren yang cenderung naik, rata-rata dirawat selama 4-5 hari. Semua kalangan masyarakat diharapkan untuk memperhatikan pola hidup sehat karena saat ini PJPD tidak hanya diderita oleh orang yang berusia lanjut, namun dapat terjadi pada semua umur, termasuk bayi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Modernization of life style increased the prevelance of CVD, preventive programe is needed to prevent the increasing CVD cases and happen in the younger ages. Margono Soekarjo Hospital is the biggest and the most comprehensive hospital in west south Central Java, and has excellent service, especially for heart service and stroke center. This study was to showed the description of CVD; CHD, hypertention, and stroke in 2009-2013 in inpatient installation of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital. The research was descriptive, the sample was 100 patients of CHD, hypertention and stroke in 2009-2013 in inpatient installation of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital getting by systematic random sampling. The highest proportion of CVD were men in CHD and stroke, and women in hypertention and stroke; the aged mean was 56 years, were housewife; with high blood preasure; had no complication disease; had normal trygliceride level; had normal total cholesterol level in CHD and stroke, and high total cholesterol level in hypertention. Majority of all patients were from Banyumas Regency; and lived in urban area. The cases of CVD in 2009-2013 were increased, and the average length of stay were 4-5 days. Society have to concern and do health life style, because CVD was not found in old age, but also in infant. |
