| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei pada pegawai negeri sipil di Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Kekayaan Daerah (DPKKD) Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Pengaruh Kecerdasan Spiritual, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Kekayaan Daerah (DPKKD) Kabupaten Aceh Barat”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual, motivasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Kekayaan Daerah (DPKKD) Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai negeri sipil pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Kekayaan Daerah (DPKKD) Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 responden. Saturation sampling digunakan untuk menentukan responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai,(3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu Instansi perlu memperhatikankecerdasan spiritual untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Karena tingkat kecerdasan spiritual yang tinggi dapat mewujudkan hak-hak sipil dan ekonomi masyarakat secara optimal. Dalam masalah motivasi suatu organisasi harus memperhatikan dan mengelola sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki dengan baik karena sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang paling penting bagi organisasi. Suatu organisasi juga harus memperhatikan kepuasan kerja pegawainya dan memberikan balas jasa yang adil dan layak sesuai dengan apa yang sudah dilakukan pegawai selama ini. |

Inggris) | This research is a survey research on employee of DPKKD West Aceh District.The analisys of “The Effect of Spiritual Intelligence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction to Employee Performance in the DPKKD West Aceh District”. The aims of research is to find out the effect of spiritual intelligence, motivation, and job satisfaction to employee performance. The research population are all employees of DPKKD West Aceh district.There were 93 employees chosen as respondents of the research. Then saturation sampling method was used to determine the respondents. Based on result of research and data analysis using analysis regressionit has got the conclusions: (1) spritual intelligence has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. The implications of the above conclusion that spiritual intelligence agencies need to pay attention to improving employee performance . Due to the high level of spiritual intelligence can realize civil rights and community economic optimum . On the issue of motivation of an organization must consider and manage human resources owned by either because human resources is the most important asset for the organization . An organization must also consider the job satisfaction of employees and provide a fair remuneration and decent in accordance with what has been done for this employee. |
