| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1). Dosis inokulasi azolla terbaik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil padi sawah, 2). Pengaruh dosis N terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi sawah, 3). Potensi azolla sebagai pengganti pupuk N, 4). Interaksi inokulasi azolla dan dosis N. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang diuji adalah (1) Dosis inokulasi azolla yaitu 0 g/m2 (A0) , 100 g/m2 (A1) dan 200 g/m2 (A2). (2) dosis N dari dosis rekomendasi (200 kg N/ha) yaitu, 100% (N0), 75% (N1), dan 50% (N2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis inokulasi azolla berpengaruh terhadap saat penutupan azolla hingga menutup 100%, produksi biomassa azolla saat penutupan 100% dan serapan N. Dosis N berpengaruh terhadap variabel bobot jerami kering per rumpun dan bobot gabah kering per petak efektif, serapan N, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, jumlah anakan produktif, bobot seribu biji. Pengaruh inokulasi azolla dan dosis N berpengaruh pada variabel serapan N. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was aimed to know: 1). The best doses of azolla innoculation to increase growth and yield of lowland rice 2). Effect of N fertilizer doses on growth and yield of lowland rice, 3). The potensial of Azolla to substitute N fertilizer 4). The interaction inoculation of azolla and the doses of N fertilizer. The experimental design was factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications. First Factor was azolla inoculation doses 0 g/m2, 100 g/m2 and 200 g/m2. Second factor was the doses of N fertilizer consisted of 100% N, 75% N, and 50% N from recommended doses (200 kg urea/ha). The result showed that innoculation of azolla significantly affect azolla surface coverage close to 100%, biomass production of Azolla at the closing of 100% and N uptake. N fertilizer doses significantly affect the dry weight of straw for hill and grain dry weight per effective plot, N uptake, plant height, number of seedlings, number of productive seedlings and weight of 1000 grans. The was an Interaction between azolla inoculation and N doses on N uptake variable. |
