| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | This research is entitled “The Analysis of Factor that Influence the Success of Credit Unions In Banyumas Regency”. The aims of this research is to identify the influence of number of members, own capital, loan capital, and business volume toward the success of Credit Unions. This research was conducted by quantitative method. Data are obtained from the records and financial statements of Credit Unions. The judgement sampling method was used to determine the samples with analyzing 8 Credit Unions from 2009-2011. Analysis tools that are used are Multiple Regression Logarithm Natural for panel data with random effect approach. According to the analysis of the data, can be known that the variable of number of member, own capital, loan capital, and business volume are all significantly influencing toward the success of Credit Unions. Meanwhile, variable loan capital and business volume are partially significantly influencing toward the success of Credit Unions, for variable number of member and own capital are not significantly influencing. The business volume is the most influence variable of the success of Credit Unions. The implication of this research is management have to manage the members to actively participate in cooperation activity, capital accumulation and loans. Manager have to get loan capital to fulfill member needs from loan fund. Manager also have to do some promotion and make easier way for loan, so many member more interest to make a loan. |
