| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menguji pengaruh Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas dan bawang merah terhadap penyakit busuk pangkal batang kacang tanah in planta, 2) mengetahui dan menentukan formula Trichoderma sp. terbaik dalam mengendalikan penyakit busuk pangkal batang kacang tanah in planta, 3) menentukan isolat Trichoderma sp. terbaik dalam formula organik terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil produksi kacang tanah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Nopember 2014 di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan lahan penelitian Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto, dengan ketinggian 110 meter di atas permukaan laut. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 11 perlakuan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi, Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas, isolat bawang merah, pupuk kandang ayam, dan limbah cair tahu. Variabel yang diamati adalah masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, kepadatan akhir Trichoderma sp dan Sclerotium rolfsii, tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, bobot tajuk segar dan kering, panjang akar, bobot akar segar dan kering, masa bunga pertama, jumlah polong, dan bobot polong per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Trichoderma sp. isolat nenas cenderung dapat menekan penyakit busuk pangkal batang kacang tanah dengan penurunan intensitas penyakit dan jumlah sklerotium masing-masing sebesar 50,03% dan 41,67%, serta meningkatkan kandungan senyawa fenol secara kualitatif dibanding kontrol. Formula terbaik untuk pertumbuhan Trichoderma sp. adalah kotoran ayam. Isolat Trichoderma sp. terbaik adalah isolat nenas dalam formula terbaik yaitu kotoran ayam yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan bobot tajuk segar 84,74%, bobot tajuk kering 84%, bobot akar kering 62,13%, jumlah polong per tanaman 81,91%, dan bobot polong per tanaman 95,29% dibanding kontrol. |

Inggris) | This research aimed at examining 1) the effect of Trichoderma sp. pineapple and shallot isolates on stem rot disease of peanut in planta, 2) determination of the best Trichoderma sp. formula in controlling the disease of peanut, 3) and determination of the best Trichoderma sp. isolate in the best organic formula on the growth and yield of peanut. The research was conducted from July-November 2014 in the Laboratory of Plant Protection and the experimental field, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, in an altitude of 110 meters above sea level. The experimental design was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 11 treatments. The treatments tested included two isolates of Trichoderma sp., i.e., pineapple and shallot, and two organic wastes, i.e., chicken litter and tofu liquid waste. Variables observed were incubation period, disease intensity, Trichoderma sp. and Sclerotium rolfsii late population density, plant height, number of branches, canopy fresh and dry weight, root length, root fresh and dry weight, first flowering time, number of pods, and pods weight per crop. Result of the research showed that Trichoderma sp. pineapple isolate tended to reduce the disease of peanut with decreasing the disease intensity and the number of sclerotia as 50.03 and 41.67%, respectively and increasing the phenolic compounds contenct qualitatively, compared to control. The best formula for growth of Trichoderma sp. was chicken litter formula. The best isolate of Trichoderma sp. was pineapple isolate in the best formula of chicken litter, showed by increasing canopy fresh and dry weight, root dry weight, number of pods per crop, and pods weight per crop as 84.74, 84, 62.13, 81.91, and 95.29% than control, respectively. |
