Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)ABSTRACT

The study was titled : “The influence of compensation financial, compensation nonfinancial and career development on work motivation at PDAM Purbalingga”. Variable compensation financial measured by the indicators proposed by (Danang Sunyoto, 2012) which wage, bonus, health insuranse, health warranty, assurance, social warranty. Variable compensation nonfinancial using five (7) indicators of (Danang Sunyoto, 2012):recreation,places of worship, realtionship between employees,subordinate retationship with the boss, conditions workspace, provision of rest periods, provision of health and safety. While career development using six (6) indicators proposed by (Danang Sunyoto, 2012) promotion, reward, work rotation, punishment,assigment to study,assigment to training . And the dependent variable in this study is work motivation using indicators of (Maslow, 1943) that is physiological needs, savety needs, social needs, needs of awards,self-actualization needs.
The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of compensation financial, compensation nonfinancial, career development on work motivation at PDAM Purbalingga. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Purbalingga. Respondents in this study were 67 employees.
Based on the research and analysis of data using regression showed that: (1) Compensation financial positive effect on work motivation PDAM Purbalingga. (2) compensation nonfinancialpositive effect on work motivation PDAM Purbalingga. (3) Carrer development positive effect on work motivation PDAM Purbalingga. (4) Carrer development more positive effect than compensation on work motivation at PDAM Purbalingga.
