| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian berjudul Pengaruh Jenis Pupuk Kompos Berbeda Terhadap Produksi Lemna minor Sebagai Bahan Pakan Ikan. Tujuan penelitian, mengetahui pengaruh jenis pupuk kompos berbeda terhadap produksi, pertumbuhan harian, kandungan protein dan serat Lemna minor. Penelitian dilakasanan selama 16 hari pada bulan Oktober 2014 di Stasiun Percobaan D-III Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Perikanan dan Kelautan (PSDPK) Fakultas Biologi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yaitu L0 (tanah), L1 (kompos ayam), L2 (kompos sapi) dan L3 (kompos kambing). Variabel yang diamati yaitu produksi, kandungan protein dan serat lemna minor. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang nyata pada produksi lemna minor ( F hitung > F tabel 0,01). Pertumbuhan harian Lemna minor terbaik pada perlakuan L3 dengan rata – rata 2.70 g/hari. Protein pada Lemna minor pada media mengalami peningkatan yang berbeda sedangkan pada serat terjadi penurunan yang diberi pupuk kompos sapi, ayam dan kambing. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research entitled The Effect of the Different Compost to the Production of Lemna Minor as Fish Food. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the different compost cariety to the production, daily growth, protein composition of Lemna minor. The research was conducted for 16 days on October 2014 at Stasiun Percobaan D-III Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Perikanan dan Kelautan (PSDPK) Biology Faculty of Jenderal Soedirman University Purwokerto. Research layout uses Completely Random Design with with five tests and four repeats. The treatment is L0 (land), L1 (chicken compost), L2 (cow compost) and L3 (sheep compost). The variable observation consists of the production, fiber and protein composition. The result of the research shows significant for the lemna minor production (F count > F table 0,01). The best daily growth for lemna minor is for L3 treatment with 2.70 g/day in average. The protein of lemna minor in media has the different enhancement but the decreasing happens for the fiber with cow, chicken and sheep compost. |
