| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) dapat menyelamatkan 30.000 bayi Indonesia yang meninggal pada 1 jam kelahiran. IMD juga merupakan langkah awal menuju kesuksesan menyusui selajutnya. Cakupan ASI Eksklusif Kecamatan Luragung tahun 2013 sebesar 46,7%, angka tersebut masih di bawah target cakupan ASI Eksklusif Indonesia tahun 2013 yaitu 75%. Kecamatan Luragung salah satu dari sembilan kecamatan di Kabupaten Kuningan yang mempunyai angka menyusui rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku IMD di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Luragung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasionaldengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh ibu yang melahirkan pada bulan Mei 2014 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Luragung. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 ibu yang diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur dengan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji chi square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik dengan metode enter. Hasil penelitian secara bivariat dan multivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,002), dukungan keluarga (p=0,004) dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan (p=0,000) dengan perilaku IMD karena nilai p masing-masing variabel tersebut ≤ 0,05, dukungan tenaga kesehatan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku IMD. Sedangkan untuk kondisi bayi lahir, proses persalinan dan komplikasi persalinan mempunyai nilai p > 0,05, artinya tidak ada hubungan antara variabel tersebut dengan perilaku IMD. Simpulan yang dapat diambil yaitu ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan perilaku IMD di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Luragung. Saran untuk tenaga kesehatan terus memberikan informasi, menyarankan, mendukung ibu untuk melakukan IMD. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Early Initiation of Breastfeeding(Inisiasi Menyusu Dini, IMD) can save 30,000 Indonesian babies who died at first hour of birth. IMD is also the first step towards the success of breastfeeding. Luragung subdistrict is one of nine subdistricts in Kuningan District which in 2013has low breastfeeding rates, 46,7%.This is below the National rates targeted, 75%. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related to the behavior of IMD in the Area of Luragung Community Health Center. This research used observational with cross-sectional study design. The population of this research was all of the mothers who gave birth in Luragung Community Health Centeron May 2014. Sample was 71 mothers who were selected through total sampling technique. Data was collected using a structured interview using questionnaire. The analysis used univariate, bivariate used chi square test and multivariate used logistic regression with the enter method. The results of the bivariate and multivariate research showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.002), family support (p = 0.004) and health worker support (p = 0.000) with behavior of IMD as the p-value of each variable is ≤ 0.05, health workers support was the most dominant factor associated with behavior of IMD. Condition of the baby born, the process of labor and postpartum complications has p value > 0.05, it means that there is no relationship between those variables with the behavior of IMD. It is conclude that there was is relationship between knowledge, family support and health workers support with IMD behavior in the Area of Luragung Community Health Center. Based on the result, it is suggested to the health workers to inform IMD, recommend, and support the mother to do the IMD. |
