| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Angka kematian ibu merupakan indikator derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu pencegahan kematian ibu adalah mencegah kondisi berbahaya pada ibu hamil melalui pendidikan kesehatan tentang komplikasi obstetri dengan memberikan media leaflet tentang komplikasi obstetri pada ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas media leafleat terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil tentang komplikasi obstetri. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan pre and post test design with control group design. Lokasi pengambilan sampel adalah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kalibagor dan Puskesmas II Sokaraja. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Stratified random sampling with proportional design diperoleh 31 ibu hamil pada kelompok perlakuan dan 31 ibu hamil pada kelompok pembanding. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan pada pre test dan post test adalah uji paired-sampel t-test untuk data berdistribusi normal dan uji wilcocxon untuk data yang tidak berdistribusi normal. Analisis perbedaan antara kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding menggunakan uji Independen-sampel t-test untuk data berdistribusi normal dan Uji U Mann Whitney untuk data yang tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan komplikasi obstetri dan sikap terhadap komplikasi obstetri setelah pendidikan kesehatan dengan media leaflet tentang komplikasi obstetri. Ada perbedaan pengetahuan yang signifikan antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok pembanding dan perbedaan sikap yang signifikan antara kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding setelah pendidikan kesehatan dengan media leaflet pada kelompok perlakuan. Media leaflet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil. Leaflet dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pendidikan kesehatan kepada ibu hamil. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The maternal mortality rate is an indicator of society health status. One of the ways to prevent maternal deaths is to prevent a dangerous condition on pregnant women through health education about obstetric complications is given by providing leaflets media about obstetric complications on pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of media leaflet to increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about obstetric complications. The method used was Quasi Experiment with pre and post test design with control group design. Sampling site is at Community Health Center Kalibagor and Community Health Center unit II Sokaraja. The technique sampling used was stratified random sampling design with proportional obtained 31 pregnant women in the treatment group and 31 pregnant women in the comparison group. Analysis data to see the difference in pre test and post test was used paired sample t-test for normal distribution of data and wilcocxon test for not normally distributed data. Analysis of differences between treatment and comparison groups using independent-sample t test for normal distribution of data and U Mann Whitney test for data not normally distributed. The research result indicated that there was significant difference on the knowledge about obstetric complication and attitude toward obstetric complication after health education with leaflet media about obstetric complication. There was a significant difference on knowledge between the treatment group and the comparison group and a significant difference on attitude between the treatment group and the comparison group after the health education with leaflet media on the treatment group. Thus leaflets media can increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women. So that the leaflets can be used as media in health education to pregnant women. |
