| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan unit usaha yang mempunyai peran strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional, sebab selain memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, juga dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah besar. Secara praktis, unit usaha ini merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian negara. Sejauh ini, minat masyarakat terhadap UMKM cukup besar sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia cukup signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan jumlah UMKM dari tahun 2005 (47.017.062) sampai dengan tahun 2012 (56.534.592) dengan kenaikan sebesar 16.83 persen (Data Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan dan Koperasi Kabupaten Banyumas, 2012). Sektor UMKM berkontribusi sampai dengan 97 persen terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Selain itu, sektor UMKM menyumbang 56 persen dari seluruh nilai transaksi perekonomian Indonesia (PDB) pada tahun 2013 (Syarief Hasan, 2013). Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh persepsi Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, Faktor Sosial dan Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi 100 responden pemilik/pengelola UMKM (yang dipilih dengan metode convenience sampling) di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Ekspektasi Kinerja dan Ekspektasi Usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, sementara Faktor Sosial dan Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Pemahaman tentang Ekspektasi Usaha, Faktor Sosial dan Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi dapat ditingkatkan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan maupun penyuluhan tentang penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi pada lingkup UMKM, sehingga pemilik/ pengelola UMKM dapat memahami fungsi dan manfaat sistem informasi akuntansi pada usaha yang dijalankan. |

Inggris) | Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a business unit that has a strategic role in the development of the national economy, as well as contributing to national economic growth, it can also provide employment in large numbers. In practical terms, this business unit is the backbone of the state economy. So far, the public interest in MSMEs is quite large so it can be said that the development of MSMEs in Indonesia is quite significant. This is proven by the increasing number of MSMEs from the year 2005 (47.017.062) until 2012 (56.534.592) with an increase of 16.83 percent (Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives Banyumas, 2012). MSME sector contributes up to 97 percent of employment in Indonesia. In addition, the SME sector contributed up to 56 percent of all transaction value of the Indonesian economy (GDP) in 2013 (Syarif Hasan, 2013). Multiple linear regression analysis was used to measure the perception of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Factor and Facilitating Conditions toward Behavioral Intention of Accounting Information Systems 100 respondents, owners / managers of MSMEs (selected by convenience sampling method) in the district of Banyumas. The results show that the performance expectancy and efforts have a positive expectation of Interest Utilization of Accounting Information Systems, while Social Factors and Facilitating Conditions that adversely affect the Behavioral Intention of Accounting Information Systems. Understanding of the expectations of Business, Social factors and Facilitating Conditions can be improved by providing training and education about the use of accounting information systems in the scope of MSMEs, so that the owners / managers of MSMEs are able to understand the functions and benefits of accounting information systems efforts. |
