| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Perubahan populasi tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus Bleeker, 1850) di Sungai Banjaran disebabkan oleh pencemaran air, ditandai dengan BOD5 (-1,2-7,2) dan COD (24-248). Populasi B. gonionotus, didominasi oleh Ikan berumur remaja (29 orang) dengan 60,66 mm. Oleh karena itu populasi ini tidak terdistribusi secara normal, dan memiliki pola pertumbuhan alometrik negatif (b = 2,61). Nilai eksploitasi B. gonionotus di Sungai Banjaran adalah (0,96) yang disebabkan oleh mortalitas penangkapan (4,90) dibandingkan dengan mortalitas alami (M = 0,16) per tahun. Oleh karena itu disarankan bahwa B. gonionotus harus tidak boleh ditangkap. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The change of population Tawes (Barbonymus gonionotus Bleeker, 1850) in Banjaran River is caused by water pollution, is indicated by BOD5 (-1,2-7,2) and COD (24-248). The population of B. gonionotus, was dominated by juvenile (29 individuals) with 60,66 mm in length. Therefore this population was not distributed normaly. And It has negatively growth allometric pattern (b= 2,61). The exploitation value of B. gonionotus in Banjaran River was (0,96) that is causes more by fish yield (4,90) than natural mortality (M = 0,16) per year. Therefore it is recomendated that B. gonionotus should be not capture. |
