| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan kemungkinan penerapan Balanced Scorecard terintegrasi Six Sigma sebagai Metode Pengukuran dan Peningkatan Kinerja pada KPP Pratama Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (Mix approached) dimana merupakan gabungan dari metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah beberapa manajemen puncak pada KPP Pratama Purwokerto. Sedangkan untuk penelitian kuantitatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai KPP Pratama Purwokerto. Determinasi sampel menggunakan simple random sampling yang berjumlah 50 pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Balanced Scorecard terintegrasi Six Sigma dapat diimplementasikan di KPP Pratama Purwokerto sebagai metode pengukuran dan peningkatan kinerja, dimana sistem tersebut hanya sebagai sistem pendukung saja bukan sistem pengganti sistem pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan saat ini. Selain itu, karena Balanced Scorecard terintegrasi Six Sigma pada mulanya digunakan pada sektor swasta, metode ini harus beradaptasi pada organisasi sektor publik seperti KPP Pratama Purwokerto. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to proof the possibility of implementation of Balanced Scorecard integrated with Six Sigma as the performance measurement and improvement system in KPP Pratama Purwokerto. This study uses mix approaced method which is the combination of Qualitative and Quantitative Method. The interviewee is some of the top management position in KPP Pratama Purwokerto. For the quantitative research, the population in this tudy is all the employees of KPP Pratama Purwokerto. Determination of the sample uses simple random sampling method and the number of respondents in this study is 50 employees divided using Slovin formula. Based on the results of the study showed that the Balanced Scorecard integrated with Six Sigma System can be implemented in KPP Pratama Purwokerto as a Performance Measurement and Improvement System, whereas the function of this system is used as a complementary system not as a substitional system. Besides, because of the Balanced Scorecard integrated with Six Sigma practically implemented in private sector, there must have an adaptability in a implementation in public sector organization such as KPP Pratama Purwokerto. |
