| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Indonesia merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan tingkat aktivitas gempabumi tinggi. Kinerja struktur gedung pada daerah rawan gempa sangat penting untuk dievaluasi karena dapat memberikan informasi mengenai dampak dan strategi mitigasi yang diterapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prilaku dan kinerja struktur gedung D Jurusan Teknik UNSOED ketika gempa aktual terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan software SAP2000 dengan mengikuti prosedur yang ada dalam FEMA 310. Hasil penelitian quickcheck dan checklist menunjukan bahwa masih terdapat pernyataan Noncompliant (NC), nilai demand capacity ratio untuk analisis statik dan dinamik tidak ada yang melebihi 2, sedangkan analisa nonlinear pushover menunjukan distribusi sendi plastis kolom terlebih dahulu yang mengalami kehancuran dan kinerja struktur adalah Intermediate Occupancy. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Indonesia is one of the regions with a high level of earthquake activity. Performance of the building structures in earthquake-prone areas is very important to be evaluated because it can provide information on the impact and mitigation strategies are applied. The purpose of this study is to investigate the behavior and performance of the building structure D Engineering Department UNSOED when the actual earthquake happens. This research using SAP2000 software by following the procedures in FEMA 310. The results of checklists and quickcheck show that there are statements noncompliant (NC), the value of demand capacity ratio for static and dynamic analysis of no greater than 2, while the nonlinear pushover analysis shows the distribution of first column plastic hinge devastated and performance of the structure is Intermediate Occupancy. |
