UJI KEMEMPANAN EMPAT ISOLAT JAMUR Trichoderma sp. TERHADAP PENYAKIT LAYU FUSARIUM PADA LADA PERDU (Piper nigrum L.)

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemempanan empat isolat Trichoderma sp., menentukan isolat Trichoderma sp. yang paling baik, serta mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi Trichoderma sp. pada pertumbuhan lada perdu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Screen House dan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dengan ketinggian tempat 110 m dpl pada bulan April - Juni 2014. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan 15 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas: kontrol; fungisida berbahan aktif propineb 70%; Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe; nenas; pisang; bawang merah; kombinasi Trichoderma sp. isolat jahe dan nenas; jahe dan pisang; jahe dan bawang merah; nenas dan pisang; nenas dan bawang merah; pisang dan bawang merah; jahe, nenas dan pisang; jahe, nenas dan bawang merah; nenas, pisang dan bawang merah; serta jahe, nenas, pisang dan bawang merah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat isolat Trichoderma sp. efektif menekan intensitas penyakit layu fusarium pada lada perdu dengan tingkat kemempanan isolat nenas sebesar 54,50%; isolat jahe sebesar 48,00% dan isolat bawang merah sebesar 44,94%; isolat pisang sebesar 11,58%. Isolat terbaik dalam menekan intensitas penyakit layu fusarium adalah kombinasi isolat Trichoderma sp. pisang + bawang merah dengan tingkat kemempanan 56,61%. Perlakuan menggunakan kombinasi isolat Trichoderma sp. pisang + bawang merah efektif meningkatkan bobot tanaman segar sebesar 81,20%; tinggi tanaman sebesar 79,25%; jumlah daun sebesar 78,00%; bobot tanaman kering sebesar 68,24%; bobot akar kering sebesar 62,00%; bobot akar segar sebesar 37,20%.

A research aimed at knowing the effectivenes of four Trichoderma isolates obtaining the best Trichoderm isolate, and knowing the effect of Trichoderma aplication on paper growth. The research was carried out from April up to June 2014 at the screen house and the Laboratory of Plant Protection Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, with altitude of 110 m above sea level and with alluvial soil. Randomized block design was weed with 15 treatments and 4 replicates. The treatments tested were, control, fungicides with active ingredient of propineb 70%; Trichoderma sp. ginger; pineapple; banana; shallot; combination beetwen. ginger and pineapple; ginger and banana; ginger and shallots; pineapple and bananas; pineapple and shallot; bananas and shallot; ginger, pineapple and banana; ginger, pineapple and shallot; pineapple, banana and shallot; ginger, pineapple, banana and shallot isolates. Variables observed included incubation period, disease intensity, late density of the pathogen, crop height, number of leaves, crop fresh weight, crop dry weight, root fresh weight, root dry weight, and analysis of phenolic compound qualitative. Results of the research showed that the four Trichoderma sp. isolates suppressed effectively the deases intensity with the effectivenes of pineapple, ginger, shallot, and banana isolates as 54.50, 48.00, 44.94, and 11.58%, respectively. The best isolate to suppress the disease was combination of banana and shallot isolates with effectivnes of 56.61%. The application of banana and shallot isolates combination could increase effectively crop fresh weight, crop height, number of leaves, crop dry weight, root dry weight, and root fresh weight as 81.20, 79.25, 78.00, 68.24, 62.00, and 37.20%, respectively.
