Kelompok Tani Legen Ardi Raharja merupakan kelompok tani yang sebagian anggotanya mengusahakan gula kelapa kristal. Perajin gula kristal dalam mengusahakan gula kelapa kristal memiliki beberapa status kepemilikan pohon yaitu milik sendiri, maro dan sewa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) besarnya biaya dan pendapatan perajin gula kelapa kristal dengan status kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri (2) besarnya biaya dan pendapatan perajin gula kelapa kristal dengan status kepemilikan pohon maro (3) besarnya biaya dan pendapatan perajin gula kelapa kristal dengan status kepemilikan pohon sewa (4) perbedaan biaya dan pendapatan perajin gula kelapa kristal antar status kepemilikan pohon kelapa.
Metode penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dengan jumlah responden gula kelapa kristal sebanyak 31 orang responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis finansial meliputi analisis biaya dan pendapatan dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya biaya produksi rata-rata pada perajin dengan status kepemilikan pohon sewa merupakan yang terbesar yaitu Rp273.034,00 per bulan, dan biaya produksi rata-rata pada perajin dengan status kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri dan maro masing-masing Rp25.376,00 per bulan dan Rp23.010,00 per bulan. Pendapatan perajin gula kelapa kristal pada status kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri, maro dan sewa masing-masing adalah Rp1.052.137,00 per bulan, Rp349.953,00 per bulan dan Rp671.125,00 per bulan. Biaya produksi pada perajin dengan status kepemilikan pohon sewa merupakan yang terbesar diantara ketiga status kepemilikan pohon yang ada. Pendapatan perajin dengan status kepemilikan pohon milik sendiri merupakan yang terbesar diantara ketiga status kepemilikan pohon yang ada.

Farmers Group Legen Ardi Raharja is that some members of farmers group seek of palm sugar crystals. Seeking crafters sugar crystals in palm sugar crystals have some ownership status of the self-owned trees, a half of and rent. This research aimed to determine: (1) the costs and revenues of palm sugar crystal craftmen with the ownership status of one's own tree (2) the costs and revenues of palm sugar crystal craftmen with ownership status of a half tree (3) the costs and revenues craftmen palm sugar crystals with the ownership status of the tree rental (4) the differences in costs and revenues palm sugar crystals between the ownership status of coconut trees.
The method uses a case study research. The sampling method uses census the number of respondents palm sugar crystals as much as 31 respondents. The analytical method used is the financial analysis includes cost and revenue analysis and also descriptive analysis. The results showed that the magnitude of the average cost of production at the craftsmen with the ownership status of the rental tree is the largest is Rp273.034,00 per month , and the average cost of production at the craftsman's own tree and half of trees is Rp25.376,00 per month and Rp23.010,00 per month. The revenues of palm sugar crystals’s craftsman on the ownership status of the self-owned tree, a half of and rent respectively Rp1.052.137,00 per month, Rp349.953,00 per month and Rp671.125,00 per month. The cost of production in the tree craftsmen with the rental trees is the largest among the three ownership status of existing trees. The revenue craftsmen with ownership belonging to the tree it self is the largest among the ownership status of existing trees.
