Penelitian berjudul Pemberian Probiotik yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih  Lele (Clarias sp.) dengan Metode Bioflok. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh probiotik yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan sintasan benih Lele dengan metode bioflok. Metode penelitian adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Pemeliharaan benih dilakukan selama 35 hari. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah perbedaan probiotik dengan  P1 : kontrol (tidak menggunakan probiotik), P2: probiotik MEP (Mikroba Efektif Produktif) dengan dosis 35 mL/m3, P3: probiotik EBS (Enviro Balanced System) dengan dosis 35 mL/m3, P4: probiotik Raja Lele dengan dosis 35 mL/m3. Variabel yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan mutlak, laju pertumbuhan harian, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, sintasan dan kualitas air meliputi suhu, pH, dan oksigen terlarut. Hasil anava menunjukkan antara 4 perlakuan tidak berbeda nyata pada pertumbuhan mutlak, laju pertumbuhan harian, dan laju pertunbuhan spesifik. Hasil kisaran pertumbuhan mutlak yaitu 5,80±1,27-7,68±1,36 g, laju pertumbuhan harian 0,17±0,03-0,22±0,03 g dan laju pertumbuhan spesifik 2,48±0,30-2,85±0,75 %. Sedangkan hasil kisaran sintasan yaitu 98%-99%. Kualitas air pada kondisi yang optimal yaitu pH 7-8, suhu 26-33ᵒC dan DO 6-7 ppm.

The study entitled Giving Different Probiotics on Growth Juvenile Catfish (Clarias sp.) with Biofloc Method. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of different probiotics on the growth and survival of catfish with biofloc method. The research method is experimental method with completely randomized design consisting of 4 treatments and 4 replications.Maintenance juvenile for 35 days. The treatment given is the difference probiotics with P1: control (not using probiotics), P2: probiotics MEP (Effective Microbes Productive) at a dose of 35 mL/m3, P3: probiotics EBS (Enviro Balanced System) at a dose of 35 mL/m3, P4: probiotics Raja Lele with a dose of 35 mL/m3. The variables measured were the absolute growth, daily growth rate, specific growth rate, survival rate and quality of water include temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen. Anova results showed between 4 treatments were not significantly different in absolute growth, daily growth rate, and the rate of specific pertunbuhan. The results of the absolute growth in the range of ± 1.27 to 7.68 ± 5.80 ie 1.36 g, daily growth rate of 0.17 ± 0.03 to 0.22 ± 0.03 g and the specific growth rate of 2.48 ± 0.30 to 2.85 ± 0.75%. While the results of the range of survival is 98% -99%.Water quality at optimal conditions, namely pH 7-8, temperature 26-33 C and DO ᵒ 6-7 ppm.
