Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Peserta pemilu untuk memilih anggota DPR, DPRD provinsi, dan DPRD kabupaten/kota adalah partai politik. Partai politik untuk dapat mengikuti pemilu harus memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penulitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis persyaratan partai politik calon peserta pemilihan umum legislatif. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Spesifikasi penelitian adalah deskriptif analitis. Sumber bahan hukum adalah bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder dan dianalisis dengan metode normatif kualitatif. 
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa persyaratan partai politik calon peserta pemilihan umum legislatif meliputi: berstatus badan hukum, memiliki kepengurusan di seluruh provinsi, memiliki kepengurusan di 75% kabupaten/kota dalam provinsi tersebut, memiliki kepengurusan di 50% kecamatan dalam kabupaten/kota tersebut, keterwakilan 30% perempuan dalam kepengurusan tingkat pusat, memiliki anggota sekurang-kurangnya 1000 orang atau 1/1000 dari jumlah penduduk pada kepengurusan partai politik di kabupaten/kota, mempunyai kantor tetap untuk kepengurusan pada tingkatan pusat, provinsi, dan kabupaten/kota, mengajukan nama, lambang, dan tanda gambar partai politik kepada KPU dan menyerahkan nomor rekening dana kampanye pemilu atas nama partai politik kepada KPU. Agar dapat menjadi peserta pemilu, partai politik wajib mendaftarkan diri ke KPU guna proses verifikasi, untuk ditetapkan memenuhi atau tidak memenuhi persyaratan dan dinyatakan lolos atau tidak lolos verifikasi sebagai partai politik peserta pemilu.

The election of participant to elect the members of DPR, DPRD of Province, and DPRD of Regency/City are politic party. To follow the election the politic party must fulfill the prerequisites that have been determined before. Based on the explanation above, so this research aims to find out and analyze the prerequisite of the politic party of election candidate participant. In addition, the method of research uses the normative juridical by using the statute approach. Specification of research is analytical descriptive. Source of material law is primary material law and secondary material law and analyzed using method of qualitative normative.
	Based on the result of research and discussion it can be concluded that the prerequisite of the candidate of politic party of legislative election participant involves: it has status of corporate body, it has the management of organization in all provinces, it has the management organization in 75% in regency/city in one province, it has the management organization in 50% in Sub district in the regency/city, the representation is 30% female or 1/1000 from the total resident in the management to organization in the regency/city, it has the fixed office for the management organization in the level of central, province, and regency/city, propose the name, brand, and gives picture symbol of politic party to Public Election Commission (KPU) and gives the account number of the election campaign fund for the name politic party to KPU. To become the election participant, politic party obligates enroll to the KPU for the verification process, to be stated has fulfilled or not fulfill the prerequisite and it has been stated to be accepted or not from verification as the politic party of the election participant.
