Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, dividend payout ratio dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 5 perusahaan LQ 45 yang bergerak di Bidang Pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2010 hingga 2012, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis, penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dividend payout ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan leverage berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sebagai implikasi dari penelitian ini, pihak manajemen perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan nilai perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor profitabilitas, pembayaran dividen dan leverage secara keseluruhan.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of profitability, dividend payout ratio and leverage on firm value. The sample of this study was 5 LQ 45 companies engaged in the Mining Sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2010 to 2012, were selected using purposive sampling technique. To prove the hypothesis, this study uses multiple regression analysis models. The results of this study indicate that profitability has positive effect on firm value, dividend payout ratio has positive effect on firm value and leverage negatively affect the value of the company. As the implications of this research, the management of the company in an effort to increase the value of the company needs to take into account profitability, dividend payments and overall leverage.
