Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Biaya Dan Manfaat Terminal Bus Purwokerto”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya manfaat terminal bus purwokerto bagi pemerintah sebagai pengelola dan masyarakat sebagai pengguna.
	Penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif ini menggunakan analisis biaya dan manfaat untuk menghitung Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), dan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). Karena terminal sudah beroperasi selama beberapa tahun, maka penghitungan menggunakan 2 cara yaitu kombinasi antara compounding dengan discounting dan metode discounting saja. Sedangkan untuk discount rate ditetapkan sebesar 9,84% yang didapat dari suku bunga deposito dari bank milik pemerintah yang berlaku pada awal pembangunan terminal.
	Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pada cara pertama ditemukan nilai NPV > 0. IRR tak ditemukan karena variabel dalam rumus penghitungan IRR yaitu nilai NPV negatif tidak dapat ditemukan. Sedangkan nilai BCR > 1. Sedangkan untuk penghitungan cara kedua diperoleh nilai NPV  > 0, IRR > 9,84% dan BCR > 1. Hasil perhitungan tersebut menunjukan nilai NPV, IRR dan BCR diatas kriteria yang ditetapkan. Hasil analisis tersebut mencerminkan bahwa Terminal Bus Purwokerto sangat menguntungkan untuk dijalankan dan memberikan kontribusi yang besar kepada pemerintah sebagai pengelola dan masyarakat sebagai pengguna.Kendati Terminal Bus Purwokerto memberi manfaat yang besar, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas hendaknya bisa mempertahankan keadaan tersebut.

The title of this research is Cost and Benefit Analysis of Purwokerto Bus Station. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of the Purwokerto Bus Station for government as public policy and society as user.
	This quantitative research uses cost and benefit analysis calculate Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR). This bus station has been operate during several years, the calculation of this analysis uses two methods. There are the combination between compounding and discounting method and single discounting method. Meanwhile the discount rate is stated on 9,84% taken from deposit rate of government bank at the first time of the station was build.
	Based on the result of the research, the value of NPV of the first method  is more than 0. IRR is not found because of the variable of IRR has negative value so NPV isn’t found. Meanwhile BCR value is more than 1. For the second stage,  the value of NPV is more than 0, IRR is more than 9,84% and BCR is more than 1. The result shows that those values are more than the criteria. The analysis shows that Purwokerto bus station gives many benefits and contributions for government as public policy maker and society as public goods user. Even the bus station gives many benefits, the government maker of Banyumas District should keep the condition.
