Penelitian ini berjudul “Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor Produksi Usahatani Kedelai Di Desa Sidamulih Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keuntungan yang yang diperoleh, pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi yaitu luas lahan, bibit, tenaga kerja, dan pupuk terhadap produksi kedelai, serta untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi tersebut terhadap produksi kedelai di Desa Sidamulih Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas.
	Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sidamulih Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian adalah survey dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan pertimbangan bahwa keadaan petani relatif homogen. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 54 petani kedelai. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) tingkat keuntungan rata-rata per hektar lahan adalah Rp 4.378.250,73 dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,51. 2) hasil Uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel luas lahan, bibit, tenaga kerja, dan pupuk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kedelai. Kemudian hasi Uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel bibit dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan variabel luas lahan dan pupuk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kedelai di Desa Sidamulih Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas. 3) Variabel bibit merupakan variabel yang belum efisien terhadap hasil produksi kedelai di Desa Sidamulih menurut hasil analisis Pengujian Efisiensi Alokatif. Sedangkan secara keseluruhan penggunaan variabel luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan pupuk sudah efisien terhadap produksi kedelai di Desa Sidamulih Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas
Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah usahatani kedelai di Desa Sidamulih Kecamatan Rawalo Kabupaten Banyumas masih layak untuk terus dikembangkan melalui pemilihan bibit kedelai yang lebih berkualitas.

This research is titled “Efficiency of The Production Factors Use  of Soybean Farming in Sidamulih Village Rawalo Subdistrict Banyumas Regency”. The purpose of this research are to determine the benefits derived, the effect of the use of production factors, that is land wide, seeds, manpower, and fertilize to soybean production, and to determine the efficiency level of the use of production factors to soybean production in Sidamulih Village Rawalo Subdistrict Banyumas Regency.
	This research was conducted in Sidamulih Village Rawalo Subdistrict Banyumas Regency. Research method that utilized is survey method with simple random sampling to determine the sample, with the consideration that the farmers are relatively homogeneous. The sample of this research consist of 54 soybean farmers. Data collected with interviews based on questionnaire.
The result showes that: 1) Profit rate average per hectare of land is Rp4.378.250,73 with the R/C ratio 1,51. 2) F-test result shows that land wide, seeds, manpower, and fertilize variable simultaniously have significant effect to soybean production. Then t-test result shows that seeds and manpower variable have significant effect, but land wide and fertilize variable do not have significant effect to soybean production in Sidamulih Village Rawalo Subdistrict Banyumas Regency. 3) Seeds variable is the variable that have not efficient yet to the soybean production in Sidamulih Village based on Allocative Efficieny test. While overall the land wide, manpower, and fertilize variable use are efficient to soybean production in Sidamulih Village.
The implication of this reserach are the soybean farming in Sidamulih Village Rawalo Subdistrict Banyumas Regency is worth to develop through the selection of a higher quality soybean seed.
