Usaha jamur tiram memerlukan faktor-faktor produksi yang meliputi harga bibit jamur, harga serbuk kayu, harga bekatul, harga bahan bakar, biaya tenaga kerja, sewa tanah, dan penyusutan kumbung. Pengaruh pemakaian input produksi terhadap pendapatan petani perlu diketahui sehingga petani dapat mengambil sikap untuk mengurangi atau menambah input produksi tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keuntungan usaha jamur tiram. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya dan keuntungan yang diterima usaha jamur tiram di UD. Ono Jamur Kelurahan Pasirmuncang Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat serta mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor harga bibit jamur, harga serbuk kayu, harga bekatul, harga bahan bakar, biaya tenaga kerja, sewa tanah, dan penyusutan kumbung terhadap keuntungan yang diperoleh usaha jamur tiram di UD. Ono Jamur Kelurahan Pasirmuncang Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat.
Penelitian dilaksanakan pada UD. Ono Jamur Kelurahan Pasirmuncang Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 November sampai tanggal 30 Desember 2013. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus pada UD. Ono Jamur. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya keuntungan yang diterima UD. Ono Jamur adalah analisis keuntungan, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga bibit jamur, harga serbuk kayu, harga bekatul, harga bahan bakar, biaya tenaga kerja, sewa tanah, dan penyusutan kumbung terhadap keuntungan yang diperoleh UD. Ono Jamur ialah analisis fungsi keuntungan Cobb-Douglas.
Hasil penelitian jamur tiram pada UD. Ono Jamur menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya produksi sebesar Rp12.948.595,04 per bulan. Rata-rata penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp21.019.825,00per bulan sehingga dapat diketahui rata-rata keuntungan sebesar Rp8.071.229,96 per bulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis fungsi keuntungan diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi keuntungan adalah harga bibit jamur (X1), harga serbuk kayu (X2), harga tenaga kerja (X5), sewa lahan (Z1), dan penyusutan kumbung (Z2), sementara faktor harga bekatul (X3), dan harga bahan bakar (X4) tidak berpengaruh pada keuntungan.

White oyster mushroom business requires production factors that include mushroom seed price, sawdust price, rice bran price, fuel price, labor cost, land rent and depreciation mushroom house. The influence of the use of production input to farmers’ income needs to be known so that farmers can take action to reduce or increase the production inputs. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the profits of oyster mushroom business. The purpose of this research was to determine the cost and profit received by oyster mushroom business at UD. Ono Jamur Pasirmuncang, West Purwokerto as well as to determine the influence of factors such as mushroom seed price, sawdust price, rice bran price, fuel price, labor cost, land rent and depreciation mushroom house to the profit received by oyster mushroom business at UD. Ono Jamur Pasirmuncang, West Purwokerto.
The research was conducted at UD. Ono Jamur Pasirmuncang, West Purwokerto. This research was conducted on November 25 until December 30, 2013. This research was conducted with using case study method at UD. Ono Jamur. Data collection method was conducted by observation, interview and recording. The type of data used to determine the profit that was received by UD. Ono Jamur was profit analysis, while analysis method used to determine the influence of mushroom seeds price, sawdust price, rice bran price, fuel price, labor price, land rent and depreciation mushroom house to profit that was received by UD. Ono Jamur was Cobb-Douglas profit function analysis.
The research result of oyster mushroom at UD. Ono Jamur indicated that the average of production cost was Rp12,948,595.04 per month. The average revenue earned was Rp21,019,825.00 per month, so it can be known the average profit of Rp8,071,229.96 per month. Based on the result of profit function analysis was known that variable that had a very significant influence to profit (π) of oyster mushroom at UD. Ono Jamur was sawdust price (X2), biaya labor cost (X5), land rent (Z1), and depreciation mushroom house (Z2), while variable that had significant influence to profit (π) was mushroom seeds price (X1), variable that had not influence to profit (π) was rice bran price (X3), andfuel price (X4).
