APLIKASI STANDAR NASIONAL INDONESIA (SNI) PADA BUDIDAYA PEMBESARAN IKAN GURAMI (Osphronemus gouramy) DI KECAMATAN SOKARAJA, KABUPATEN BANYUMAS, JAWA TENGAH

Ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan konsumsi yang banyak dibudidayakan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi, tetapi hasil produksinya belum dapat terkontrol baik kualitas maupun kuantitasnya. Perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi hasil budidaya pembesaran dengan penerapan SNI no 01-7241-2006 mengenai produksi ikan gurami kelas pembesaran di kolam. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kalikidang, Lemberang dan Karangduren Kecamatan Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian adalah survey. Data diperoleh dengan pengamatan langsung dan kuisioner. Hasil survey dan kuisioner mengenai produksi, antara lain sumber air ketiga desa irigasi, jenis kolam tanah, garam 150- 300 ɡ/m, kapur 50-450 ɡ/m2, ukuran tebar 200-300 ɡ/ekor, ransum harian pakan 2-3%, pakan tambahan daun talas dan kangkung, obat ikan daun kamboja, kunyit, jahe, daun lampesan, suhu 27-31 C0, pH 7-8,2 , oksigen terlarut 2-10 ɡ/m2, tinggi air 1,0-1,2 m. Produksi pembesaran ikan gurami di Sokaraja dari ketiga desa rata-rata 14,525 kw dalam satu musim, sistim produksinya tergolong sistim produksi budidaya ikan semi intensif. Penerapan SNI no 01-7241-2006 di Desa Kalikidang kurang lebih 86%, Desa Lemberang 87% dan Desa Karangduren 80%. Pembudidaya dari ketiga desa belum menerapkan SNI produksi ikan gurami kelas pembesaran di kolam khususnya waktu pemeliharaan, ukuran panen, protein pelet, padat tebar dan sintasan.

Gouramy fish is one of most common comsumed fish that is widely cultivated and have a high economic value. Unfortunatelyr, its products still have not controlled both in term of quality or quantity. Therefore, some efforts were needed in order to improve the production of the fish aquaculture by applying SNI no. 01-7241-2006 related with the production of gouramy fish rearing in the ponds. This research was conducted at Kalikidang, Lemberang and Karangduren Village, Kecamatan Sokaraja at Banyumas Regency. The method used in this research was survey method. All the data obtained by direct observation and also questionnaire. The result of the survey and questionnaire of production included water sources of three irrigated vilagges, soil type, salt content (150-300 g/m), lime content (50-450 g/m2 ), tstocking size (200-300 g/fish). The daily feed ration was 2-3%, the additional feed was taro leaf and water spinach leaf, the fish medicine was cambodia leaf, turmeric, ginger, lampesan leaf, the temperature was 27-30 0C, pH was 7-8.2, dissolved oxygen was 2-10 mg/l, the height of water was 1.0-1.2 m. The average production of gouramy from the three villages at Sokaraja was14.525 kw within one period/time. The production system is classified as semi intensive aquaculture. The application of SNI no 01-7241-2006 at Kalikidang village was around 86%, at Lemberang village was 87% and at Karangduren village was 80%. The fish farmers of these three villages have not applied SNI yet on gouramy fish rearing production in the pond specially the period of maintenance, the size of fish for harvesting, protein of pellet, stocking density and survival.
