Headache is a common self medication case in Banyumas region that need right medical treatment. The role of pharmacist as the person who has good ability in understanding medicine for healing headache will optimize the prevention, medication, and giving information for healing headache. This research is attempted to find out the quality of pharmacist counseling skill to cure headache in Banyumas. This research is a descriptive research with cross sectional study while the method is using patient simulation so that it will find out the real ability of pharmacist counseling in pharmacy. The sample of this research consists of 25 pharmacists which practice in Banyumas region. The data gained is audio visual result that used in score form fulfillment. The scoring of pharmacist counseling skill covers two things which are the scoring of counseling process and communication skills. The result of pharmacist counseling process in Banyumas region in healing headache is good enough with average percentage reapondents 53,79%, while the pharmacist communication skills shows average percentage value 65,07%of maximum value which means it is good enough. The result of this research draws a pharmacist counseling skill which is expected to be such a material evaluation, so that it will increase pharmacist treatment of headache case further.
