HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI TERHADAP INTERPROFESSIONAL EDUCATION ( IPE ) DENGAN PELAKSANAAN MENTORING KOLABORASI OLEH CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR ( CI ) DI RSUD BANYUMAS

Latar Belakang : Kolaborasi interprofesi diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan pelayanan kesehatan. Interprofessional Education (IPE) merupakan upaya untuk mempersiapkan kemampuan berkolaborasi sejak dini di tatanan pendidikan. Pelaksanaan IPE di tatanan klinik dapat dilakukan melalui pelaksanaan mentoring kolaborasi yang dilakukan oleh CI. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap IPE dengan pelaksanaan mentoring kolaborasi oleh Clinical Instructor (CI) di RSUD Banyumas. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 175 orang CI di RSUD Banyumas dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Persepsi IPE diukur menggunakan Interdiciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS), sedangkan pelaksanaan mentoring diukur menggunakan Clinical Instructor Behavior Instrument (CIBI) yang dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil: Mayoritas CI berpendidikan terakhir D3 Keperawatan (65,1%), dan bekerja sebagai CI ≥ 3 tahun (77,0%). Jumlah CI perempuan sedikit lebih besar disbanding laki-laki (56,3% dibanding 43,7%). Skor rerata persepsi CI terhadap IPE adalah 83,63%. Skor rerata Pelaksanaan mentoring kolaborasi adalah 81,83%. Terdapat hubungan antara persepsi CI terhadap IPE dengan pelaksanaan mentoring kolaborasi oleh CI di RSUD Banyumas dengan p value = 0,000 dan r 0,313. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara persepsi terhadap IPE dengan pelaksanaan mentoring kolaborasi oleh CI di RSUD Banyumas. Kata kunci : Interprofessional Education (IPE), mentoring kolaborasi

Background: Interprofessional collaboration is required to optimize health care. Interprofessional Education (IPE) is one of strategies to prepare the collaboration skill since at educational stage. The implementation of IPE in clinical setting can be conducted through the implementation of mentoring collaboration by CI. Purpose: To determine the relationship between perception of IPE and implementation of mentoring collaboration among Clinical Instructor (CI) in Banyumas Hospital. Methods: This study used cross-sectional design. A total of 175 CI’s in Banyumas Hospital participated in this study. IPE perception was measured using Interdiciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS), while the implementation of mentoring was measured using the Clinical Instructor Behavior Instrument (CIBI) modified by the researcher. Result: The majority of respondents holds diploma degree in Nursing (65.1 %), and has been working as a CI ≥ 3 years ( 77.0 % ). There are slightly more females CI’s than male’s CI (56.3 % compared to 43.7 %). The average score of CI’s perception of IPE was 83.63 %. Meanwhile, the average score of implementation of mentoring collaboration was 81.83 %. There is a significant relationship between perception of IPE and implementation of mentoring collaboration among CI in Banyumas (p = 0.000 and r= 0.313). Conclusion: There is a relationship between perception of IPE with the implementation of mentoring collaboration among CI in Banyumas Hospital
