Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor produksi modal tetap,
bahan baku dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap
produksi tepung tapioka di Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas, efisiensi penggunaan
faktor produksi, dan efisiensi ekonomi dari industri tepung tapioka di Kecamatan Gumelar
Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner.Metode analisis data
yang digunakan adalah Fungsi Cobb-Douglas, Uji asumsi Klasik, Uji Statistik, Uji Efisiensi
Alokatif, dan Analisis R/C ratio.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis fungsi Cobb-Douglas variabel modal tetap secara parsial
tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi tepung tapioka dan variabel bahan baku dan
tenaga kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi tepung tapioka. Secara
bersama-sama variabel modal tetap, bahan baku dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap produksi tepung tapioka di Kecamatan Gumelar Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil
perhitungan efisiensi alokatif menunjukan bahwa variabel bahan baku belum efisien,
sedangkan tenaga kerja sudah efisien.Hasil analisis R/C ratio menunjukkan bahwa indsutri
tepung tapioka secara keseluruhan sudah menguntungkan.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha tepung tapioka perlu
memperhatikan penggunaan faktor produksi bahan baku dan tenaga kerja dalam proses
produksi tepung tapioka, karena kedua faktor produksi tersebut merupakan faktor produksi
yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap naik turunnya produksi tepung tapioka. Mengingat
faktor produksi bahan baku yang belum efisien, maka para pengusaha tepung tapioka perlu
menambah jumlah bahan baku yang digunakan agar penggunaan faktor produksi bahan
baku efisien dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi tepung tapioka.Para
pengusaha tepung tapioka di Kecamatan Gumelar sebaiknya membentuk kemitraan usaha
agar para pengusaha dapat saling bekerja sama baik kerja sama dalam penyediaan bahan
baku maupun kerja sama dalam pemasaran hasil produksi tepung tapioka.

The goal of this research is to analyze the influence of the fixed capital production
factor, raw materials and labor together and partially on tapioca flour production in sub-district
Gumelar of Banyumas regency, the efficiency of production factors, and the economic
efficiency of tapioca flour industry in the sub-district Gumelar of Banyumas regency. The data
were collected by questionnaire. The methodes of the data analysis used are the Cobb-
Douglas function, assuming Classical Test, Test Statistics, allocative efficiency test, and R /C
ratio analysis.
Based on the analysis of Cobb-Douglas function of fixed capital variable partially had
not significant effect on the production of tapioca flour, while the variables of raw materials
and labor partially had significant effect on the production of tapioca flour. At the same time
the variables of fixed capital, materials and labor had a significant effect on the production of
tapioca flour in sub-district Gumelar of Banyumas regency. The result of calculation in
allocative efficiency test showed that the variable of raw material was not efficient, while the
labor had been efficient. The result of the analysis of the R/C ratio suggested that the overall
flour industry is already to be profitable.
The implications of this research is the owners of tapioca flour industry need to
consider the use of input raw materials and labor, because both of production factor are
significantly influenced the fluctuation of tapioca flour production. Concerning to the
inefficiency of the use of the raw materials, the owners of the tapioca flour industry need to
increase the materials row used so that it will be more efficient in order to increase the
production of tapioca flour. The owners of tapioca flour industry in sub-district Gumelar
should form a partnership so they are able to collaborate in providing the raw materials as
well as marketing the the products of tapioca flour.
