Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor basis dan non basis setiap kecamatan di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Menganalisis sektor ekonomi yang potensial setiap kecamatan di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Location quotient (LQ), Model rasio Pertumbuhan (MRP), Overlay. 
Berdasarkan hasil analisis Location quotient (LQ) Sektor pertanian menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Wadaslintang, Kepil, Kalibawang, Kaliwiro, leksono, Sukoharjo, Kalikajar, Watumalang, Mojotengah, Garung, Kejajar. Sektor pertambangan, penggalian menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Selomerto, Kertek, Watumalang, Mojotengah, Garung. Sektor industri pengolahan menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Sapuran, Kalikajar, Kertek, Wonosobo. Sektor Listrik, Gas, Air bersih menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Kepil, Kaliwiro, Leksono, Selomerto, Wonosobo, Watumalang, Garung. Sektor Bangunan menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Wadaslintang, Kepil, Kalibawang, Selomerto, Watumalang, Mojotengah, Garung. Sektor Perdagangan, Hotel, Restoran menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Selomerto, Kertek, Wonosobo, Garung. Sektor Angkutan, Komunikasi menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Wadaslintang, Kaliwiro, Leksono, Selomerto, Kertek,Wonosobo, Mojotengah, Kejajar. Sektor Bank, Lembaga Keuangan, Persewaan, Jasa perusahaan menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Wonosobo, Kepil, Garung. Sektor Jasa-jasa menjadi sektor basis di Kec. Kepil, Garung, Kalibawang, Kaliwiro, Wonosobo, Mojotengah, Selomerto, Leksono, Watumalang.
Berdasarkan analisis MRP dan Overlay. Sektor pertanian menjadi sektor potensi dan layak dikembangkan di Kec. Wadaslintang, Kaliwiro, leksono, Sukoharjo, Garung, Watumalang. Sektor pertambangan, penggalian potensial di Kec. Selomerto, Kertek, Mojotengah, Garung. Sektor industri pengolahan potensial di Kec. Kalikajar, Kertek. Sektor Listrik, Gas, Air bersih tidak  menjadi sektor potensi di seluruh Kecamatan. Sektor Bangunan menjadi sektor potensi di Kec. Kepil, Selomerto, Mojotengah. Sektor Perdagangan, Hotel, Restoran menjadi sektor potensi di Kec. Selomerto, Kertek, Garung. Sektor Angkutan, Komunikasi potensial di Kec. Wadaslintang, Kaliwiro, Selomerto, Kertek, Wonosobo. Sektor Bank, Lemb. Keu, Persewaan, Jasa perusahaan potensial di Kec. Wonosobo, Garung. Sektor Jasa-jasa menjadi sektor potensi di Kec. Kalikajar, Wonosobo.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah  Kabupaten Wonosobo sebaiknya memperhatikan sektor apa saja yang menjadi basis dan non basis di masing-masing kecamatan, agar selanjutnya. Sektor basis diharapkan akan merangsang pertumbuhan sektor non basis sehingga menjadi sektor potensial yang pada akhirnya semua sektor ekonomi bersama-sama meningkatkan pertumbuhan, meningkatkan kesempatan kerja atau menciptakan lapangan kerja baru di masing-masing kecamatan khususnya, dan Kabupaten Wonosobo pada umumnya. Pemerintah memperhatikan sektor pertanian sebagai sektor yang memberikan kontribusi paling besar terhadap PDRB, namun laju pertumbuhannya lambat. Pemerintah dapat memberikan subsidi bibit unggul untuk dapat meningkatkan hasil panennya, permasalah banyak lahan yang rusak (longsor, kurang subur) pemerintah dapat memberi perhatian melaui penyuluhan dan pembinaan konservasi lahan kepada masyarakat.

Research Purpose to find out the basis and non basis sector in each sub district in Wonosobo Regency, then to find out the potential economic sector in all of the sub districts in Wonosobo Regency. This research use method of Location Quotient, Analysis of Growth Ratio Model (GRM), Overlay analysis. 
Based on the calculation of analysis method of Location Quotient Agriculture sector become the basis sector in Wadaslintang, Kepil, Kalibawang, Kaliwiro, leksono, Sukoharjo, Kalikajar, Watumalang, Mojotengah, Garung, Kejajar sub district. Mining and digging sector become the basis sector in  Selomerto, Kertek,Watumalang,Mojotengah, Garung sub district. Processing Industry become the basis sector in Sapuran, Kalikajar, Kertek, Wonosobo sub district. Electricity, gas, and clean water sector become the basis sector in  Kepil, Kaliwiro, Leksono, Selomerto, Wonosobo, Watumalang, Garung sub district. Building sector become the basis sector in the sub regency of Wadaslintang, Kepil, Kalibawang, Selomerto, Watumalang, Mojotengah, Garung sub district. Trading, Hotel and Restaurant sector become the basis sector in Selomerto, Kertek, Wonosobo, Garung sub district. Transportation and communication sector become the basis sector in Wadaslintang, Kaliwiro, Leksono, Selomerto, Kertek, Wonosobo, Mojotengah, Kejajar sub district. Bank, Financial Agency, Rental and Company Services become the basis sector in Wonosobo, Kepil, Garung sub district. Services sector become the basis sector in Kepil, Garung, Kalibawang, Kaliwiro, Wonosobo, Mojotengah, Selomerto, Leksono, Watumalang sub district.

Mining and digging sector become the potential sector either from the growth and contribution in Selomerto, Kertek, Mojotengah, Garung sub district. Processing industry become a good potential sector either from the growth or contribution in Kalikajar,Kertek sub district. Electricity, gas and clean water become an unpotential sector either from the growth or the contribution in all the sub district. Building sector became the potential sector either from the growth or the contribution in Kepil, Selomerto, Mojotengah sub regency. Trading, Hotel and Restaurant sector become a potential sector either from the growth or contribution in Selomerto, Kertek, Garung sub district. Transportation and communication sector become a potential sector either from the growth or the contribution in Wadaslintang, Kaliwiro,Selomerto, Kertek, Wonosobo sub district. Bank, Financial Agency, Rental and Company services become a potential sector either from the growth or the contribution in Wonosobo, Garung sub district. Services sector became a potential sector either from the growth or the contribution in Kalikajar, Wonosobo sub district.
Implication from this research Wonosobo Regency government should pay attention to the base and non-base sector in each district. Because basis sector is expected to stimulate the growth of the non-basis, so that it becomes a potential sector that ultimately all economic sectors are simultaneously improving their growth, increasing employment or create new jobs in their respective districts in particular, and Wonosobo Regency in general.
Government needs to pay attention to agricultural sector as a sector that contributes most to the GDP, but the growth rate is slow. The government can provide subsidies for seeds can increase crop yields. Government can pay attention on land damaged (landslides, infertile) and to the training and development through land conservation to the public.
