PENGARUH STRATEGI SISTEM PENGENDALIAN MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PADA PERUSAHAAN BULU MATA PALSU DI KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh result control, action control, personal control, dan culture control terhadap kinerja pada perusahaan bulu mata palsu di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner, sampel kuesioner yang dapat dianalisis berjumlah 45 kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa result control, action control, personal control, dan culture control secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pada perusahaan bulu mata palsu di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Variabel culture control memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pada perusahaan bulu mata palsu di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Model persamaan regresi mengindikasikan bahwa kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan variabel kinerja perusahaan sebesar 71,6 persen dan 28,4 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The aims of this research is to determine the influences on result control, action control, personal control, and culture control to the performance of the company’s false eyelashes in the Purbalingga Regency. The number of this research sample is 5 company’s by using purposive sampling method. Data collection method used was questionnaire, sample questionnaire that can be analyzed are 45 questionnaires. Data obtained were processed using the technique of multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is showed that result control, action control, personal control, and culture control simultaneously and partially have positive significantly influence on result control, action control, personal control, and culture control to the performance of the company’s false eyelashes in the Purbalingga Regency. Culture control variable have the most dominant effect to the performance of the company’s false eyelashes in the Purbalingga Regency. The goodness of fit of the model indicates that the ability of the independent variables in explaining the performance company’s is only at 71,6 percent and 28,4 percent was explained by other variables.
