Studi Populasi Ikan Betutu (Oxyeleotris marmorata) dalam Upaya Pengendalian di Waduk P.B. Soedirman, Banjarnegara.

Kehadiran ikan betutu (Oxyeleotris marmorata, Blkr.) sebagai ikan introduksi di Waduk P. B. Soedirman perlu dikendalikan. Populasi ikan spesies asli telah menurun, hal tersebut disebabkan hadirnya ikan introduksi. Selain mengancam populasi ikan spesies asli, hadirnya ikan introduksi dapat menyebabkan populasi di perairan menjadi homogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui populasi ikan betutu yang meliputi kelimpahan, rasio kelamin, sebaran ukuran, hubungan panjang dan berat, serta pengaruh kualitas air terhadap kelimpahan ikan betutu di Waduk P.B. Soedirman, Banjarnegara. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling method di sembilan stasiun dengan dua kali ulangan pada bulan Juni dan Juli 2013. Data parameter populasi dianalisis secara kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk korelasi kualitas air terhadap kelimpahan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kelimpahan sebesar 0,003 ekor/m2, rasio kelamin sebesar 1:0,08 dengan persentase 91,3% jantan dan 8,7% betina, sebaran ukuran merata di setiap stasiun, nilai b untuk hubungan panjang dan berat mendekati nilai isometrik (b=3), sedangkan seluruh aspek kualitas air baik fisik maupun kimia yang diukur selama penelitian di waduk ini masih baik untuk kehidupan ikan betutu. Hasil analisis korelasi Rank Spearman menunjukkan, hanya kedalaman dan oksigen terlarut mempunyai korelasi terhadap kelimpahan ikan betutu.

As one of the introduction species, Betutu Fish needs to be controlled at P. B Soedirman Reservoir. The population of the indigenous fresh water species has decreased. It is caused by the existence of the introduction fish that threat the indigenous species, so the population becomes homogeneous. This research is aiming to find out about the abundance, sex ratio, size dispersion, weight and length of the Betutu Fish in P.B Soedirman Reservoir; and also the influence of environmental factors on the abundance of Betutu Fish in P. B. Soedirman Reservoir, Banjarnegara. It is using the survey method with purposive sampling method, in nine locations, which has been done twice on June and July 2013. The quantitative data analysis of population parameter has been done using a formula, while the correlation of water quality against to the abundance used the Spearman Rank correlation analysis method. The result showed that the abundance was 0,003 fishes/m¬2; the sex ratio was 1:0,08 within 91,3% male and 8,7% female percentage; the size dispersion was even in every sample areas; and the value of b is obtained for the weight and length connection, which is close to isometric value (b=3). For the whole water quality aspect, whether physic or chemistry that has been measured during the research in the reservoir was still in normal range. The Spearman Rank of analysis correlation concerns that only the depth and the dissolved oxygen have a correlation against the abundance of the fish
